Իրավիճակային առումով Հալեպում տեղի ունեցողը շատ մոտ է 2023 թվականի հոկտեբեմբերի 7-ին Համասի կողմից իրականացված գործողությանը, երբ տեսնում էինք աննախադեպ ծավալի գործողություն, բայց մինչև որոշ ժամանակ չանցավ, բովանդակությունը և բուն նպատակները՝ թե՛ կազմակերպության, թե՛ Իսրայելի ու դաշնակիցների կողմից, հասկանալի չդարձան։ NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում նման տեսակետ հայտնեց արաբագետ Արմեն Պետրոսյանը՝ անդրադառնալով Սիրիայում հակակառավարական ուժերի և ահաբեկչական խմբավորումների կողմից հրադադարը խախտելուն և Հալեպի ուղղությամբ հարձակում սկսելուն։
«Իսրայելին պետք էր առիթ լայնամասշտաբ ինչ–որ բան անելու համար, և Համասի գոծողությունը հենց այդ առիթն էր։ Ես դեռևս չեմ շտապի այս իրավիճակը Թուրքիայի հետ կապել. տեղեկատվության որոշակի պակաս կա։ Զինյալ խմբավորումների ուղղվածությունը թույլ չի տալիս խոսել այն մասին, որ նրանց հետևում Թուրքիան է կանգնած, չնայած՝ քարոզչական առումով որոշակի կանխատեսումներ կային, որ Թուրքիան կարող է օգտվել իրավիճակից, և լարվածությունը սրել Սիրիայում։ Եթե մի քիչ սպասենք, հիմնականում արտաքին դերակատարների արձագանքից կարող ենք գնահատել այս փորձառության հիմնական բովանդակությունը»,- նշեց Պետրոսյանը։
Այն, ինչը հիմա տեղի է ունենում Սիրիայի հյուսիսում, արաբագետի կարծիքով՝ կարող է անմիջական կապ ունենալ թե Իրանի շուրջ օղակը սեղմելու, թե Ուկրաինայում կատարվողի հետ։
«Գազայում ավելի նվազ մասշտաբով, բայց շարունակվում է հակամարտությունը, Լիբանանում՝ «Հըզբոլլահ»-ի և Իսրայելի հետ կա պայմանական հրադադար, ռուս-ուկրաինական հակամարտությունում ավելի խորանում է ճգնաժամը, ընտրվել է Թրամփի վարչակազմը, որը նախկինում ունեցել է ընդգծված հակաիրանական ուղղվածություն, և Սիրիայում հովանավորյալ խմբավորումներ ունեցող որոշ դերակատարներ որոշել են ակտիվանալ՝ այդ թվում նաև Թուրքիան։
Վերջին երկու շաբաթում մենք ուկրաինական ճակատում էլ ենք բավականին լուրջ զարգացումներ նկատում ՝ հատկապես հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ արևմտյան երկրները թույլատրել են Ուկրաինային իրենց սպառազինությունն օգտագործել Ռուսաստանի թիկունքին հարվածելու համար։ Եթե այս տեսանկյունից նայենք, սա շատ բազմաշերտ գործողություն է, որի նպատակը տարբեր թեժ կետերում թե՛ Ռուսաստանի, թե՛ Իրանի դիրքերի թուլացումն է։ Պետք է հաշվի առնել, որ Ռուսաստանի ներկայությունը բավականաչափ նվազել է նաև Սիրիայում՝ ռուս–ուկրաինական հակամարտությամբ պայմանավորված, Իրանի ներկայությունը նույնպես նվազել է, և սրանք գործոններ են, որոնք կարող են նպաստել նման գործողության իրականացմանը»,- եզրափակեց արաբագետը։
