Ռուսաստանի նախագահը ՀԱՊԿ-ի գագաթնաժողովում հայտարարել է, որ գերձայնային «Օրեշնիկ» հրթիռի զանգվածային կիրառման դեպքում հարվածի հզորությունը համադրելի կլինի միջուկային զենքի հետ:
Վլադիմիր Պուտինը հավելել է, որ «Օրեշնիկի» զարգվածային արտադրությունն արդեն սկսվել է: Նրա խոսքով՝ Ռուսաստանն ունի մի քանի հրթիռ, որոնք պատրաստ են օգտագործման. ՌԴ Գլխավոր շտաբը և պաշտպանության նախարարությունը Ուկրաինայի տարածքում թիրախներ են ընտրում՝ «Օրեշնիկով» խոցելու նպատակով։ Ըստ ՌԴ նախագահի՝ նման թիրախ կարող են դառնալ Կիևում «որոշումների կայացման կենտրոնները»:
Պուտինի պնդմամբ՝ ռուսական գերձայնային համալիրներն աշխարհում համարժեքը չունեն:
ՌԴ նախագահը նաև նշել է, որ Ռուսաստանում 10 անգամ ավելի շատ հրթիռային համակարգեր են արտադրվում, քան ՆԱՏՕ-ի բոլոր երկրներում՝ միասին: «Հաջորդ տարի այդ արտադրությունը կավելանա ևս 25-30 տոկոսով»,- հավելել է Կրեմլի ղեկավարը:
ՀԱՊԿ-ի երկրների գործընկերներին Պուտինը տեղեկացրել է, որ այս գիշեր Ռուսաստանը համալիր հարված է հասցրել Ուկրաինային՝ 90 հրթիռի և 100 անօդաչու թռչող սարքի կիրառմամբ, խոցվել է 117 թիրախ։ ՌԴ ղեկավարը հավաստիացրել է, որ Մոսկվային հայտնի է, թե քանի արևմտյան հրթիռ է մատակարարվել Կիևին և դեռ քանիսն է նախատեսվում փոխանցել:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Աստանայում ընթացող ՀԱՊԿ-ի միջոցառումներին Հայաստանը չի մասնակցում:
