Ավստրալիան գործարկել է ճկուն պերովսկիտային արևային վահանակների փորձնական արտադրություն

Պերովսկիտից ճկուն արևային վահանակների արտադրության տեխնոլոգիայի մշակումից 15 տարի անց, Ավստրալիայում սկսվել է դրանց փորձնական արտադրությունը, գրում է 3dnews.ru-ն: 4,4 միլիոն դոլար արժողությամբ ձեռնարկությունը սկսել է գործել Մելբուռնի Քլեյթոն արվարձանում: Այնտեղ արևային մարտկոցներն արտադրվում են շարունակական ցիկլով՝ գլանափաթեթների տեսքով տպագրության միջոցով: Տեխնոլոգիան մոտ է առևտրային մակարդակին, սակայն շուկա դուրս գալու համար կարող է պահանջվել առնվազն ևս 5-10 տարի:

Ճկուն արևային մարտկոցները տպագրվում են 4-5 շերտ կառուցվածքով՝ ներառյալ լամինացիան։ Արդյունքը պատրաստի արտադրանքն է: Ձեռնարկությունն ի վիճակի է օրական արտադրել 14 հազար արևային մարտկոց։ Այնուամենայնիվ, դա դեռևս լաբորատորիա է, որը ղեկավարում են Ավստրալիայի գիտահետազոտական ​​գործակալության CSIRO-ի հետազոտողները:

Տեխնոլոգիան առևտրայնացնելու համար կարևոր կլինեն արտադրության մասշտաբները, վահանակների արդյունավետությունը և դրանց կյանքի ցիկլի տևողությունը, վերջինի հետ կապված պերովսկիտները խնդիրներ ունեն։ Ինչ վերաբերվում է արդյունավետությանը, ապա այդ մասին CSIRO-ն զեկուցել է դեռ 2024 թվականի մարտին նշելով, որ ճկուն պերովսկիտային ֆոտո վահանակների արդյունավետությունը (մեծ մակերեսով վահանակների դեպքում) կազմում է 11 %, իսկ առանձին բջիջների համար այն 15,5 % է։ Եվ նման արդյունավետությամբ շուկա դուրս գալն անհնար է, բացառությամբ հատուկ աշխատանքային պայմանների համար նախատեսված վահանակների։

Ավստրալացի գիտնականները կարծում են, որ նույնիսկ ցածր արդյունավետությունը ավելի լավ է, քան ընդհանրապես անարդյունավետությունը: Ճկուն արևային մարտկոցները կարող են օգտագործվել էլեկտրական տրանսպորտային միջոցների, շարժական տների, շենքերի, կրելի էլեկտրոնիկայի սնուցման համար և այնտեղ, որտեղ հնարավոր չէ տեղադրել դասական սիլիցիումային արևային վահանակներ: Ընդ որում այդ պերովսկիտային ճկուն տարրերը նախատեսված չեն սիլիցիումային վահանակները փոխարինելու համար, այլ միայն ներդաշնակորեն լրացնում են դրանց:

Արտադրված բոլոր ճկուն ֆոտոգալվանային սարքերը կփոխանցվեն հետազոտողներին և մշակողներին՝ գնահատելու դրա հնարավորությունները և նախագծելու առաջադեմ արտադրանքներ օգտագործելով դրանք: Բայց դա դեռևս տեխնոլոգիայի առևտրայնացում չէ, ուղղակի դա մեկ քայլ ավելի է մոտեցնում այդ պահին:
