Numbeo-ի վարկանիշը. ոչ արժանահավատ թվերով փորձում են մանիպուլացնել

Իշխանական քարոզչամեքենան երեկ հրճվանքի ևս մեկ առիթ էր ստացել։ Հաղորդվեց, որ ՆԱՄԲԵՈ (NUMBEO) «վերլուծական տեղեկատվական» հարթակի 2024 թվականի հանցավորության և անվտանգության ինդեքսի համաձայն՝ Հայաստանն աշխարհի 8-րդ ամենաանվտանգ երկիրն է։ Ինդեքսում ընդհանուր առմամբ ընդգրկվել է 146 երկիր։ Այն ներառում է միայն 1 միլիոնից ավելի բնակչություն ունեցող երկրներ։ Հայաստանի հարևան երկրներից Վրաստանը ցանկում 21-րդն է, Ադրբեջանը՝ 33-րդը, Իրանը 92-րդն է, իսկ Թուրքիան՝ 54-րդը։ Ցանկից մինչև մեկ միլիոն բնակչություն ունեցող երկրները հանելու դեպքում Հայաստանն ամենաանվտանգ երկրների ցանկում 5-րդն է։
Այս տվյալները, իհարկե, որոշակի դրական տպավորություն կարող են ստեղծել աշխարհում, բայց այդ հարթակն ամենևին էլ արժանահավտ չի համարվում։ Nambeo-ի վարկանիշի, այնտեղ Հայաստանի զբաղեցրած բարձր դիրքի մասին առաջին անգամ հայտարարել էր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը դեռ այս տարվա հունվարին։ 2023 թ. տվյալներով, Հայաստանը 7-րդն էր։
NUMBEO-ն սերբական առցանց տվյալների շտեմարան է, որը չունի վստահելի հարթակի համբավ, իսկ դրա վարկանիշները կազմվում են սիրողական, ոչ պրոֆեսիոնալ մեթոդաբանությամբ․ դրանք հիմնված չեն վիճակագրական ճշգրիտ տվյալների կամ ծանրակշիռ փորձագիտական վերլուծությունների վրա: NUMBEO-ի ցուցանիշները կազմվում են օգտատերերի աջակցությամբ և նրանց անանուն առաջարկությունների հիման վրա: «Սորոսական» շրջանակների հետ կապված «Փաստերի ստուգման հարթակն» էր նույնիսկ պարզել, որ, օրինակ, 2017 թվականին Շվեդիայի մի բնակիչ փորձ էր արել՝ երկրի հարավում գտնվող Լունդ քաղաքին վերագրելով հանցագործության բարձր ցուցանիշներ՝ չնայած այն փաստին, որ այս փոքր քաղաքում հանցավորության մակարդակը երկրի միջինից ցածր է։ Կարճ ժամանակ անց Լունդը NUMBEO հարթակում դարձել էր աշխարհի «ամենավտանգավոր» քաղաքներից մեկը՝ հանցավորության բարձր ցուցանիշներով հայտնի Վենեսուելայի մայրաքաղաք Կարակասից ավելի վատ ցուցանիշներով։
Հետևաբար, նման վարկանիշների հրապարակումով գործող իշխանություններն ընդամենը մանիպուլացնում են հասարակությանը, փորձում շեղել իրական անվտանգային խնդիրներից։
