«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

info24.ru-ն «Միայն ավելի վատ կլինի» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Հայաստանը ՀԱՊԿ-ի հետ կապերի «ամբողջական խզման միտում ունի», info24.ru-ի հետ զրույցում ասել է քաղաքագետ Եվգենի Միխայլովը։ Նա այդպես է մեկնաբանել կազմակերպությունում ՌԴ մշտական ներկայացուցչի հայտարարությունը, որ Երևանի պատվիրակությունը չի մասնակցելու ՀԱՊԿ-ի նոյեմբերի 28-ի Աստանայի գագաթաժողովին։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, ըստ փորձագետի, այդ որոշումը նախապես էլ ակնհայտ էր, քանի որ «Հայաստանը մեկ անգամ չէ, որ դժգոհություն է հայտնել Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության առնչությամբ ՀԱՊԿ-ի գործողություններից, հայտարարել է կազմակերպությանը վճարումների դադարեցման և դաշինքին իր մասնակցության որոշակի սառեցման, այդ թվում՝ համատեղ վարժանքներ անցկացնելուց հրաժարվելու մասին»։
 
«Համապատասխանաբար, նա պարզապես շարունակում է պահպանել իր դիրքորոշումը, բայց չի շտապում դուրս գալ ՀԱՊԿ-ից, քանի որ դա լուրջ հետևանքներ կունենա Հայաստանի տնտեսության համար. նա այժմ դեռ ԵԱՏՄ-ում և նախկին ԱՊՀ երկրների այլ կազմակերպություններում է, որոնք միավորում են տարբեր տնտեսական ասպեկտներ»,ասել է քաղաքագետը։ Չնայած բոլոր այդ կապերը ոչնչացնելուն պատրաստ չլինելուն, Հայաստանը, այնուամենայնիվ, հետևում է ՀԱՊԿ-ի հետ լիակատար խզման միտումին, համոզված է Միխայլովը։ «Հայաստանը վայելում է Ֆրանսիայի, Եվրամիության աջակցությունը և վերազինվում է։ Այժմ Հայաստանում ՆԱՏՕ-ի հրահանգիչները զինվորներին կպատրաստեն ՆԱՏՕ-ի սխեմաներով։ Այն ամենը, ինչ տեղի է ունեցել Ուկրաինայում, հիմա Հայաստանում է տեղի ունենում՝ առայժմ միայն ռազմական առումով։ Այն, ինչ կլինի հետո, կարծում եմ, միայն ավելի վատ կլինի»,- կանխատեսել է քաղաքագետը։
 
Նրա խոսքով, ՀԱՊԿ մնացած երկրները դեռ միայն կհետևեն, թե ինչ է կատարվում, բայց չեն փորձի համոզել նրան փոխել իր վարքը, քանի որ կազմակերպությունում նա «անօգուտ» է։ «Սկզբունքորեն, իմ կարծիքով, Հայաստանը երկար ժամանակ է, ինչ աշխատում է մեր թշնամիների հետ անվտանգության առումով։ Բայց մինչ հիմա բացահայտորեն չի զարգացրել այդ հարաբերությունները»,- եզրափակել է Միխայլովը։
