Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների բազմաթիվ բարձրաստիճան ներկայացուցիչներ մինչև կոկորդը թաղված են կոռուպցիոն տարբեր գործարքներում, անխնա շահագործում են ՀՀ պետական բյուջեն, իշխանական լծակներն էլ օգտագործում անձնական հարստացման համար։ Ֆինանսների նախարար Վահե Հովհաննիսյանն այդ առումով բացառություն չէ, ավելին, դատելով մի խումբ փաստաբանների՝ երեկ արած հայտարարություններից, գերազանցում է շատերին։

Փաստաբանների պալատում երեկ հրավիրված ասուլիսում ՓՊ նախկին նախագահ Արար Զոհրաբյանն ու այլոք մանրամասներ են ներկայացրել Վահե Հովհաննիսյանի գործունեությունից։ Ըստ Զոհրաբյանի, այդ ապացույցները բավարար են, որ ֆինանսների գործող նախարարին դատապարտեն մինչև 8 տարվա ազատազրկման։

Իսկ փաստերը բավական խոսուն են։ Օրինակ, ըստ փաստաբանների, Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը Ֆինանսների նախարար աշխատելու ժամանակաշրջանում մի դեպքում 1 միլիոն դոլարի վարկ է ստացել՝զրո (0) տոկոսով, մեկ այլ դեպքում՝ արել է այնպես, որ իր հյուրանոցից միլիոնավոր դրամների չափով մեկ անձից գնում կատարեն Երևանի քաղաքապետարանն ու այլ մասնավոր կառույց, երրորդ դեպքով՝ իրեն պատկանող ընկերությունը գրանցել է քեռու անունով, ինչից հետո տվյալ ընկերությունը ստացել է 98 միլիոն դրամի հարկային արտոնություն, ինչից հետո արտոնության չափն ավելացվել է։

Փաշինյանական իշխանությունը սիրում է կրկնել, թե 2018 թ. իշխանափոխությունից հետո համակարգային կոռուպցիան արմատախիլ է արվել։ Իրականում, սակայն, բոլորովին հակառակն է։ Նախկինների օրոք գոյություն ունեցող կոռուպցիան մի քանի անգամ իր ծավալներով և չափերով զիջում է այն ծավալներին, որ այսօր կա Հայաստանում։ ՀՀ հաջորդ իշխանություններն ահռելի աշխատանք ունեն՝ այսօրվա կոռուպցիոներներին կուլակաթափ անելու և պատժելու համար։
