Հայաստանը չի մասնակցի ՀԱՊԿ նիստերին

Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը չի մասնակցելու Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության (ՀԱՊԿ) արտաքին գործերի նախարարների, պաշտպանության նախարարների և անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղարների հանձնաժողովի համատեղ նիստին, հայտնել է ԱԳՆ մամուլի քարտուղար Անի Բադալյանը։ Նոյեմբերի 28-ին Աստանայում կկայանա նախ ԱԳ նախարարների խորհրդի, պաշտպանության նախարարների խորհրդի և Անվտանգության խորհուրդների քարտուղարների կոմիտեի համատեղ նիստը, ապա՝ ՀԱՊԿ Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստը։
Աստանայում նաև ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունների ղեկավարների գագաթնաժողով է կայանալու։ Մեր տեղեկություններով, Փաշինյանն էլ է հրաժարվել մասնակցել։ Վերջին անգամ այդպիսի գագաթաժողովի Հայաստանը մասնակցել էր 2022 թ. նոյեմբերին, Երևանում, երբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հրաժարվեց ստորագրել ամփոփիչ հռչակագիրը։ Դրանից հետո Հայաստանի և ՀԱՊԿ-ի ջրերը մի առվով չեն հոսում։
Միևնույն ժամանակ, ՀՀ իշխանությունները ոչ միայն չեն լքում ՀԱՊԿ-ն, այլև չեն խոչընդոտում որոշումների ընդունմանը։ Այս դեպքում էլ, ինչպես հաստատել է ՀԱՊԿ-ում Ռուսաստանի մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Վիկտոր Վասիլևը, Երևանը դեմ չէ այդ հանդիպումներում ծրագրված փաստաթղթերի ընդունմանը։ Թերևս, Երևանը դեռ բաց է թողնում վերադարձի դուռը, վերջնականապես չի խզում կապերը։ Իսկ այդ դեպքում, Հայաստանը լուրջ քաղաքական և տնտեսական խնդիրների կարող էր բախվել։
