7 միլիոն դրամի թմրամիջոցներ՝ Նար-Դոսի փողոցի տներից մեկում

Քրեական ոստիկանության Թմրամիջոցների անօրինական շրջանառության դեմ պայքարի վարչության ծառայողները, իրացնելով օպերատիվ տեղեկությունները, նոյեմբերի 18-ին մայրաքաղաքի Վարդանանց և Երվանդ Քոչարի փողոցների խաչմերուկի մոտ, ապօրինի թմրամիջոց ձեռք բերելու և պահելու կասկածանքով, ձերբակալել ու Երևան քաղաքի վարչություն են տեղափոխել 32-ամյա և 24-ամյա երկու տղամարդու: Անձնական խուզարկությամբ երկուսի մոտ էլ հայտնաբերվել են մարիխուանայի նմանվող դեղնականաչավուն զանգվածներ: Քրեական ոստիկաններն արդեն ունեին տեղեկություն, որ նրանք թմրանյութը ութ հազար դրամով ձեռք են բերել ԻԻՀ երկու քաղաքացուց:
Իրավապահների միջոցառումները շարունակվեցին և տրամաբանական ավարտին հասան նույն օրը՝ ժամը 21-ին, երբ Երևանի Ամիրյան փողոցում, ապօրինի թմրամիջոց ձեռք բերելու, պահելու ու այս դեպքում նաև իրացնելու կասկածանքով, ձերբակալվեցին և Համայնքային ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժին տեղափոխվեցին ԻԻՀ երկու քաղաքացիները: 26-ամյա և 32-ամյա տղամարդկանց անձնական խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերվեցին երկու սրվակ և մեկ պլաստիկ տարա` լցված ընդհանուր մոտ 84 գրամ դեղնականաչավուն զանգվածով: Նախնական տեղեկության համաձայն՝ թմրամիջոցը նրանք Հայաստան են ներմուծել մաքսանենգ ճանապարհով:
Երիտասարդներից մեկի մոտ հայտնաբերվել է նաև ծալովի դանակ:
Նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում, Երևան քաղաքի Կենտրոն և Նորք Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական երկրորդ բաժնի ծառայողների հետ համատեղ, դատարանի որոշմամբ նոյեմբերի 21-ին խուզարկություն է կատարվել երիտասարդների բնակության վայրում` Նար-Դոսի փողոցի տներից մեկում: Հայտնաբերվել և առգրավվել են մարիխուանայի նմանվող 146, 157 ու 125 գրամ քաշերով զանգվածներ ու դեղահաբեր: Առգրավված թմրամիջոցների շուկայական ընդհանուր արժեքը գերազանցել է 7 միլիոն դրամը:
Նշանակվել են դատանյութագիտական և դատաձգաբանական փորձաքննություններ: 26-ամյա և 32-ամյա տղամարդիկ ձերբակալվել, այնուհետև կալանավորվել են: Կատարվում է նախաքննություն:
