«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ժամանակին «պադավատապետությունից» անընդհատ դժգոհող, իսկ 2018 թվականից հետո «պադավատապետությունը» «սուպերպադավատապետության» վերածած Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նախընտրական տրամաբանության մեջ տեղավորվող քայլերի շրջանակներում հանկարծ որոշել է պետական ծառայողական մեքենաների հարցը «կացնային ձևով» լուծել: «Ես առավոտյան էլ էի դրանով զբաղված… Ես ուզում եմ գերատեսչությունների մեքենաների ցուցակը ու գրիչով խազեր եմ քաշում այդ մեքենաների վրա։ Այդ կացնային որոշման արդյունքում կազմակերպչական որոշ խնդիրներ կառաջանան, բայց մեր գործընկերները ժամանակին չեն արձագանքել իմ նախկին հրահանգին»,- ասել էր նա՝ վստահեցնելով, որ ավտոպարկի շատ մեծ՝ 70-90 տոկոսը կրճատվելու է։ «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, առաջին «տուժած» գերատեսչություններից մեկը արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունն է:
