Գոռ Վարդանյանի ֆիլմի առնչությամբ ԿԳՄՍՆ-ն դիմել է Գլխավոր դատախազությանը

Հաշվի առնելով Գոռ Վարդանյանի «Կայսրության թևեր» բազմասերիանոց ֆիլմի առնչությամբ ստացված ահազանգերը՝ ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարությունը «Մանկավարժահոգեբանական կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ին հանձնարարել է իրականացնել ֆիլմի վերլուծություն ու վերջինիս վերաբերյալ ներկայացնել եզրակացություն:
Ինչպես հայտնել են ԿԳՄՍՆ-ից, ըստ «Մանկավարժահոգեբանական կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի եզրակացության՝ ֆիլմի դիտումը կարող է հանգեցնել այնպիսի բացասական վարքային դրսևորումների ընդօրինակման, ինչպիսիք են՝ անչափահասների կողմից ծխախոտի օգտագործումը, միմյանց հանդեպ անհարգալից վերաբերմունքը, բացասական վարքի տարաբնույթ դրսևորումները և այլն։ Հաշվի առնելով կրտսեր դպրոցականների և դեռահասների սոցիալական ընդօրինակման մեխանիզմներով վարքային դրսևորումների պայմանավորվածությունը՝ նմանօրինակ ֆիլմի դիտման արդյունքում երեխան կարող է նույնականացնել իրեն գլխավոր հերոսների հետ և անգիտակցաբար սկսել կիրառել նույնատիպ վարքագիծ։ Բացի այդ՝ ֆիլմի գրեթե բոլոր հերոսներն աչքի են ընկնում խոսքային հաղորդակցման անընդունելի դրսևորումներով, քրեական ենթամշակույթ կրող անձանց բնորոշ ժեստերի կիրառմամբ, ինչը ևս կարող է ընդօրինակվել երեխայի կողմից:
«ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունը խիստ մտահոգիչ և անընդունելի է համարում նման քրեական ենթամշակույթի տարրեր պարունակող ֆիլմում անչափահասների ներգրավվածությունը և մասնակցությունը:
Հավելենք, որ համաձայն «Երեխաների իրավունքների մասին» օրենքի 18-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ պարբերության՝ «Արգելվում է երեխայի առողջության, մտավոր և ֆիզիկական զարգացման, դաստիարակության վրա բացասական ազդեցություն ունեցող, բռնության և դաժանության պաշտամունք քարոզող, մարդկային արժանապատվությունը նսեմացնող, ընտանիքը վարկաբեկող, իրավախախտումներին նպաստող զանգվածային տեղեկատվության և գրականության տարածումը»:
Հաշվի առնելով վերոգրյալը՝ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունը դիմել է ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազություն՝ նշված հանգամանքներն ուսումնասիրելու և համապատասխան միջոցներ ձեռնարկելու համար»,- ասված է հաղորդագրության մեջ:
