Ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույքի բռնագանձման գործերով վերադարձվել է 4 միլիարդ դրամի գույք

Գլխավոր դատախազության ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույքի բռնագանձման գործերով վարչության (այսուհետ՝ Իրավասու մարմին) ձևավորումից ի վեր՝ 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերից առ այսօր, նախաձեռնվել է 553 ուսումնասիրություն:
Իրավասու մարմինը 172 անձի վերաբերյալ դատարան է ներկայացրել հայցի ապահովում կիրառելու վերաբերյալ 201 միջնորդություն:
Իրավասու մարմնի կողմից դատարան է ներկայացվել 116 հայցադիմում, որոնցով պահանջում է հօգուտ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բռնագանձել ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող շուրջ 1300 անշարժ և 251 շարժական գույք, ինչպես նաև 335 իրավաբանական անձանցում մասնակցություն:
Ներկայացված հայցադիմումների ընդհանուր հանրագումարային արժեքը կազմում է ավելի քան 587 միլիարդ դրամ (ընդհանուր հայցագնի մեջ ներառված չեն իրավաբանական անձանցում մասնակցության, ինչպես նաև մի շարք այլ գույքերի շուկայական արժեքները):
Գլխավոր դատախազությունն ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույքի բռնագանձման վարույթի շրջանակում առ այսօր կնքել է հաշտության 8 համաձայնություն, որոնցով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սեփականությանն է փոխանցվել 7 անշարժ և 1 շարժական գույք՝ ընդհանուր շուրջ 4 միլիարդ 100 մլն դրամ արժեքով, ինչպես նաև շուրջ 937 միլիոն դրամ:
2024 թվականին Հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանի կողմից կայացված 4 վճիռների համաձայն՝ վճիռներն օրինական ուժի մեջ մտնելու հետո, հօգուտ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բռնագանձվելու է 5 անշարժ և 2 շարժական գույք, 2 իրավաբանական անձանցում մասնակցություն՝ ընդհանուր շուրջ 1 միլիարդ 123 միլիոն դրամ շուկայական արժեքով, ինչպես նաև շուրջ 1 միլիարդ 880 միլիոն դրամ:
