Ի՞նչ նորություն կա «Դոմուսի» հրդեհի գործով

Այս տարվա հոկտեմբերի 7-ին խոշոր հրդեհ էր բռնկվել Երևանի Իսակովի պողոտայում գործող «Դոմուս» առևտրի կենտրոնում։ Հրդեհի հետևանքով առևտրի կենտրոնն ամբողջությամբ այրվեց։
Ընկերությունը, այդ օրերին կատարված նախնական հաշվարկով, 800 միլիոնից մինչև 1 միլիարդ դրամի վնաս է կրել։ Դեպքի առնչությամբ ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:
Նշենք, որ այդ օրերին MediaHub-ի հետ զրույցում տարբեր պատասխանատու պաշտոնյաներ ասում էին, որ նախնական վարկածով՝ հրդեհը բռնկվել է լարերի կարճ միացումից, իսկ Քաղաքաշինության, տեխնիկական և հրդեհային անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնի Երևան քաղաքի ղեկավար Հրաչյա Օհանյանն էլ հրդեհի օրը MediaHub-ի հետ զրույցում միամտաբար խոստովանել էր, որ «Դոմուսն» ավարտական ակտ չի ունեցել և իրենց չի էլ դիմել անվտանգության կանոնների պահպանման հարցում։
«Նորմատիվները, որ պահպանված լինեին, էս վիճակը չէր լինի, ավարտական ակտ չուներ շենքը, մեզ մոտ չէր անցել, մեզ չեն դիմել, որ անցած լիներ, որ ասեինք՝ անցե՞լ ա, թե՞ չի անցել, բայց մեզ չեն դիմել»,- մեզ հետ զրույցում ասել էր Հրաչյա Օհանյանը։
Դեպքից անցել է ավելի քան մեկ ամիս, և MediaHub-ը հետաքրքրվեց Քննչական կոմիտեից, թե ի՞նչ նորություն կա «Դոմուսի» գործով, պարզվե՞ց, թե ինչից էր առաջացել հրդեհը և ովքե՞ր են դրա մեղավորներն ու պատասխանատուները։
«Այդ վարույթով հրդեհի առաջացման պատճառները, այդ թվում՝ մարդկային հնարավոր գործոնի, դիտավորության առկայությունը կամ բացակայությունը պարզելու նպատակով նշանակված է համալիր փորձաքննություն, որի եզրակացությունը դեռևս չի ստացվել։ Վերջինս առանցքային նշանակություն է ունենալու կատարվածին իրավական գնահատական տալու համար»,- ի պատասխան մեր հարցման՝ MediaHub-ին հայտնեցին Քննչական կոմիտեից։
