Քրեական գործ է հարուցվել Սոչիի գործարար Ռուբեն Թաթուլյանի (Ռոբսոն) դեմ: Այս մասին նոյեմբերի 25-ին հայտնել է «Известия»-ի աղբյուրը։
Ըստ քննիչների՝ 1998 թվականին Թաթուլյանը ստեղծել է հանցավոր համայնք, որի նպատակն է եղել շորթումը, գողությունը և մարդկանց ֆիզիկական ոչնչացումը։
Նա ներգրավել է Անդրոնիկ Մումջյանին խումբը ղեկավարելու համար և մի քանի այլ մարդկանց. յուրաքանչյուրն ունեցել է իր դերակատարումը։ Խմբավորման անդամները կատարել են աղմկահարույց հանցագործություններ, ներառյալ սպանության սպառնալիքներ և պատվիրված սպանություններ:
Թաթուլյանն այսօր արդեն մեկ այլ քրեական գործով մեղադրյալ է և գտնվում է հետախուզման մեջ։ 2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերին գործարարի՝ Սոչիում գտնվող օբյեկտներում մի շարք խուզարկություններ են կատարվել՝ կապված հողօգտագործման ոլորտում միլիարդավոր դոլարների յուրացումների հետ։ Ավելի ուշ ՆԳՆ-ն Թաթուլյանի նկատմամբ հետախուզում էր հայտարարել ՌԴ քրեական օրենսգրքի հոդվածով։
Նշենք, որ Թաթուլյանը հետախուզման մեջ էր հայտնվել նաև նախորդ տարվա նոյեմբերին։
