«Նիվա»-ով երիտասարդները չեն կարողացել փախչել. ավտոմեքենայում և դրսում հայտնաբերվել է խոշոր չափի թմրամիջոցներ

Այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 24-ին, ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Երևան քաղաքի գնդի 4-րդ գումարտակի 1-ին վաշտում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Արին Բերդի փողոցում՝ ժողովրդին հայտնի «Հայկոփ» բազայի ճանապարհին, «ՎԱԶ 2121» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայում թմրանյութ կա և հնարավոր է՝ այն իրացվում է։
Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, տեղեկությունը ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Ոստիկանության ՊԾ Երևան քաղաքի գնդի հրամանատար Անդրանիկ Իսախանյանը փոխանցում է ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Ոստիկանության ՊԾ պետ, ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Ոստիկանության պետի տեղակալ, ոստիկանության գնդապետ Արթուր Խուդինյանին, ում կարգադրությամբ էլ պարեկները՝ 4-րդ գումարտակի հրամանատար Արմեն Գասպարյանի գլխավորությամբ, մեկնում են Արին Բերդի փողոց։
Արդեն տեղում 4-րդ գումարտակի 1-ին վաշտի պարեկներ Ավետիս Կոնջորյանն ու Գևորգ Սարգսյանը նկատում են կասկածելի «Նիվան», իսկ վերջիններս էլ, տեսնելով պարեկներին, փորձում են դիմել փախուստի, սակայն պարեկները նրանցից ավելի արագաշարժ են գտնվում և բռնում են նրանց։
Ընթացքում նրանցից մեկը ձեռքին եղած իրերն է նետում։
Պարեկները վարորդին և ուղևորին տեղում բռնելուց հետո նկատում են, որ դրսում նետված իրերը կասկածելի փաթեթներ են։
Վերջիններս ավտոմեքենայով տեղափոխվում են ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության Նուբարաշենի բաժին։
Դեպքի վայր են ժամանում նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Էրեբունու բաժնի պետ Դավիթ Պետրոսյանն ու նույն գլխավոր վարչության Նուբարաշենի բաժնի պետ Կարեն Հակոբյանը։
Դեպքի վայրը սահմանազատում են պարեկներ Լև Զաքարյանն ու Էրիկ Հայրապետյանը։
Դեպքի մասին ոստիկանության Նուբարաշենի բաժնից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Համբարձում Պետրոսյանի և օրվա պատասխանատու հերթապահ քննիչի գլխավորությամբ։
Արդեն ոստիկանության Նուբարաշենի բաժնում բերման ենթարկվածները խոստովանում են, որ «Նիվայի» մեջ հայտնաբերված կասկածելի թմրանյութերը պատկանում են իրենց, սակայն դեպքի վայրում հայտնաբերված թմրամիջոցներն իրենց հետ կապ չունեն։
Դեպքի փաստով Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։
