5 գերբարձր երկնաքերեր, որոնք կկառուցվեն հաջորդ տասնամյակում

Անցած տարվա ընթացքում մի քանի զեկույցներ են հայտնվել ավարտված նախագծերի կամ վիթխարի երկնաքերերի կառուցման մեկնարկի մասին, որոնք պետք է փոխեն աշխարհի ամենաբարձր շենքերի վարկանիշը։
Աշխարհի ամենաբարձր շենքը կառուցելու մտադրության մասին հայտարարել են Քուվեյթում, որտեղ նախատեսվում է կանգնեցնել 1001 մետր բարձրությամբ Բուրջ Մուբարաք ալ-Քաբիր երկնաքերը։
Շենքը լինելու է բնակելի, հյուրանոցային և գրասենյակային տարածքների խառնուրդ և կարող է տեղավորել 7000 մարդ: Սպասվում է, որ դրա շինարարությունը կավարտվի 2035 թվականին։
Անցյալ ամիս Սաուդյան Արաբիայի Jeddah Economic Company (JEC) ընկերությունը որոշել է վերսկսել մեկ կիլոմետր բարձրությամբ Jeddah Tower երկնաքերի իր հավակնոտ նախագիծը: Աշտարակը նախատեսվում է կառուցել մինչև 2028 թվականը, հայտնում է Naked-Science-ը։
Ռուսաստանը նույնպես հետ է մնում համաշխարհային միտումներից՝ Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում՝ Ֆիննական ծոցի ափին, սկսվել են Lakhta Center 2 երկնաքերի կառուցման նախապատրաստությունը, որի բարձրությունը կկազմի 703 մետր։ Դրա շինարարությունը նախատեսվում է ավարտել մինչև 2031 թվականը։
Չինաստանում նախատեսում են կառուցել 642 մետր բարձրությամբ Շենժեն աշտարակը, որը կդառնա համանուն քաղաքի դարպասները և Միջին Թագավորության ամենաբարձր շենքը։
Ներսում կլինեն կոմերցիոն, հասարակական, գրասենյակային, հյուրանոցային և բնակելի տարածքներ։ Շինարարության ավարտը նախատեսված է 2030 թվականին։
Նախատեսված 595 մետր բարձրությամբ Nexus աշտարակը, որը նույնպես կհայտնվի Շենչժենում, կպարծենա երկնաքերի յուրահատուկ ձևով։ Ըստ հայեցակարգի՝ ճարտարապետները մոռացել են դասական գծային մոդելի մասին և փոխարենը նախատեսում են շենք հավաքել տարբեր բարձրությունների երեք հատվածներից։
Նախագծի հեղինակների կարծիքով՝ այս դասավորությունը կապահովի ավելի բնական լույս և ավելի լավ օդափոխություն։ Nexus երկնաքերը կարող է կառուցվել հաջորդ տասնամյակի սկզբին։
