Պադավատապետության «հայրը» բողոքում է պադավատներից. Փաշինյանի երկերեսանությունը

2018 թ. իշխանափոխությունից առաջ և դրանից հետո թե՛ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, թե՛ նրա բազմաթիվ կուսակիցները հայտարարում էին, որ կրճատելու են ծառայողական մեքենաները։ Վեցուկես տարի անց ծառայողական մեքենաները ոչ միայն չեն կրճատվել, այլև կառավարությունը միլիարդավոր դրամներ է վատնել, որպեսզի քպական պաշտոնյաները, որ նախկինում ավտոբուսի ուղեվարձի փող չունեին, շքեղ մեքենաներով գնան աշխատանքի։ Թե՛ խորհրդարանի, թե՛ գործադիրի համար գնել են «լեքսուսներ» և էլեկտրական մեքենաներ, բոլորն էլ վաճառքի սրահներից, ու բավական թանկարժեք։ «Պադավատապետություն» տերմինը հայ իրականություն մտցրած Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ամեն ինչ արեց, որ իր իշխանությունը կապվի «պադավատների» հետ։
Այսօր, երբ վարչախումբը կրկին գործում է նախընտրական տրամաբանությամբ, հարկավոր է նորից խաբել սեփական ընտրազանգվածին, ծառայողական մեքենաները դարձել են Փաշինյանի աչքի փուշը։ Հանրային եթերում նա հայտարարել է, թե ծառայողական ավտոմեքենաների կրճատումն իրականացվելու է «կացնային» մոտեցմամբ՝ ի պատասխան գերատեսչությունների կողմից խնդիրը համակարգված ձևով լուծելը ձգձգելուն։
Պնդում է՝ ժամանակին տրված հանձնարարականները պատշաճ չեն կատարվել։ «Ես երեկ իմ գործընկերներին ասացի, որ հիմա այս ժամանակը պատշաճ չի օգտագործվել այդ խնդիրը համակարգված և խորքային ձևով լուծելու համար։ Հիմա, ամենայն հարգանքով, այդ խնդիրը լուծելու եմ կացնային ձևով։ Ես գերատեսչությունների մեքենաների ցուցակներն ուզում եմ և ուղղակի գրիչով խազեր եմ քաշում այդ մեքենաների վրա», - ասել է Փաշինյանը, ում ղեկավարած կառավարությունը գրեթե ամեն նիստին է նոր մեքենաներ գնում տարբեր տրամաչափի պաշտոնյաների համար։
