Էլեկտրոնային դեղատոմսեր էլ չկան․ դեղատներում հակաբիոտիկների ազատ վաճառք է

Բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիներ դժգոհում են, որ Կառավարության կողմից ներդրված էլեկտրոնային դեղատոմսերի ծրագիրը խափանումներով է աշխատում, երբեմն էլ ընդհանրապես չի աշխատում, և իրենք փաստի առաջ են կանգնում։
Oragir.News-ի հետ զրույցում քաղաքացին նշեց, որ համակարգի խափանման վերջին դեպքը երեկ է եղել․
«Գնացել էի դեղատոմսով դեղ գնելու, բայց աշխատակիցն ասաց, որ էլեկտրոնային դեղատոմսի համակարգը չի աշխատում։ Ճշտեց՝ ինչ հակաբիոտիկ է և առանց դեղատոմսի տրամադրեց։ Սա նորություն չէ, դրա համար էլ բժիշկը, բացի էլեկտրոնային դեղատոմսը լրացնելը, նաև թղթի վրա էր գրել դեղի անունը»,- ասաց մեր զրուցակիցը։
Oragir.News-ը խնդրի վերաբերյալ պարզաբանում ստանալու նպատակով կապ հաստատեց Առողջապահության նախարարություն։ Հետաքրքրվեցինք, թե արդյոք տեղյա՞կ են, որ էլեկտրոնային դեղատոմսերի համակարգը խափանումներով է աշխատում։
«Որևէ զանգ տեխնիկական խափանման հետ կապված չենք ստացել, ո՛չ Առողջապահության նախարարության թեժ գիծ, ո՛չ էլ «Արմեդ» համակարգ»,- պատասխանեցին նախարարությունից։
Մյուս հարցին՝ ինչպե՞ս է ստացվում, որ նախարարությունը արգելել էր հակաբիոտիկների ազատ վաճառքը, բայց այն այսօր էլ շարունակվում է առանց էլեկտրոնային դեղատոմսի վաճառվել, ԱՆ-ից պատասխանեցին։
«Տեսչական մարմինն է վերահսկողություն իրականացնող և «տուգանող» մարմինը։ Բնականաբար մենք չենք ողջունում դեղատներում հակաբիոտիկների և մնացած դեղորայքի ոչ էլեկտրոնային վաճառքը»։
Հիշեցնենք, որ 2024 թվականի մարտի 1-ից Հայաստանում մի շարք դեղեր, այդ թվում՝ հակաբակտերիային, հակասնկային, հակամիկոբակտերիային, հակավիրուսային դեղերի, իմունային շիճուկների և իմունոգլոբուլինների, պատվաստանյութերի և միզոպրոստոլ պարունակող դեղերը քաղաքացիները կարող են ձեռք բերել բացառապես էլեկտրոնային դեղատոմսի միջոցով:
2025 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից Հայաստանում 2566 անուն դեղեր, կվաճառվեեն բացառապես էլեկտրոնային դեղատոմսերով: Ցանկում չեն ներառվի ցավազրկողների և ջերմիջեցնողների որոշ խմբեր, վիտամիններ և այլն։
