Ներկայացվել է ՀՀ ժողովրդագրական իրավիճակի բարելավման 2024-2040 թթ․ ռազմավարությունը

Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Նարեկ Մկրտչյանի նախագահությամբ այսօր տեղի է ունեցել նախարարին կից հասարակական խորհրդի նիստ՝ ներկայացնելու ՀՀ ժողովրդագրական իրավիճակի բարելավման 2024-2040 թթ․ ռազմավարությունը։
Անդրադառնալով Ժողովրդագրության ռազմավարության մշակման կարևորությանը՝ նախարար Մկրտչյանը նշել է, որ փաստաթղթի ձևավորման գործընթացը տևել է ավելի քան երկուսուկես տարի, որում ներգրավված են եղել աշխարհի մի շարք առաջատար հետազոտական կենտրոններ։ Նախարարի խոսքով՝ համաշխարհային ուսումնասիրություններն ու միտումները ցույց են տալիս, որ ժողովրդագրության ոլորտում առկա մարտահրավերները վերաբերում են ոչ միայն ծնունդների ցածր աճին, այլ նաև բնակչության կառուցվածքին, այդ թվում՝ սեռատարիքային կազմի միտումներին, մարդկային կապիտալի զարգացման վրա դրանց ունեցած ազդեցությանը և այլն։
Այս համատեքստում Նարեկ Մկրտչյանն ընդգծել է տվյալ մարտահրավերների կանխարգելման ուղղությամբ նախատեսվող աշխատանքների կարևորությունը՝ նշելով, որ ռազմավարական փաստաթղթով նախատեսված միջոցառումները կիրականացվեն չորս հիմնական ուղղություններով՝ ընտանիքի բարեկեցությունը խթանող միջավայրի ստեղծում, մահվան ռիսկի գործոնների նվազեցում և առողջ միջավայրի խթանում, ակտիվ, առողջ և արժանապատիվ ծերության պայմանների ապահովում, ինչպես նաև էմիգրացիայի հանգեցնող դրդապատճառների նվազեցում և բարձր որակավորում ունեցող մարդկային կապիտալի զարգացում։
«Ժողովրդագրության ռազմավարությամբ սահմանված նպատակների իրականացման համար մշակվել է ավելի քան 190 միջոցառում, որոնք նախատեսվում է իրականացնել մինչև 2040 թվականը։ Փաստաթղթով նաև հոլիստիկ մոտեցում է ցուցաբերվում ընտանիքի, երեխայի խնամքի և կանանց աշխատանքային ներգրավվածության նկատմամբ, ինչը հնարավորություն կտա ապահովել ծնելիության աճ և զարգացնել մարդկային կապիտալը»,- նշել է նախարարը։
Նիստի շրջանակում ԱՍՀ նախարարի տեղակալ Դավիթ Խաչատրյանը ներկայացրել է ժողովրդագրության ոլորտում սահմանված առաջնահերթություններն ու այդ ուղղությամբ նախատեսվող աշխատանքները։ Նախարարի տեղակալը խոսել է նաև ժողովրդագրության ոլորտի ներկայիս իրավիճակի, ռազմավարական ծրագրերի, ժողովրդագրական լանդշաֆտի, դրա ունեցած հիմնական ազդեցությունների և այլնի մասին։
