Նախորդ տարվա դեկտեմբերի 6-ից ՀՀ-ում արգելվում է ոչ սպանդանոցային մորթի արդյունքում ստացված կենդանական ծագման ցանկացած հումքի և մթերքի իրացումը։
Այսինքն` նոր կարգավորումներով՝ ոչ սպանդանոցային մորթի արդյունքում ստացված միս հայտնաբերելու դեպքում կասեցվելու է ամբողջ խմբաքանակի իրացումը, այն առգրավվելու և ոչնչացվելու է։ Ամբողջ ֆինանսական ծախսը կատարելու է տնտեսվարողը։
Շիրակի մարզում 5 սպանդանոց է գործում՝ 3-ը մասնավոր, այսինքն` սպանդանոցների քանակը մարզում բավարար չէ։

«Տանջանքով անասունը պահում ենք, ջրի գնով վաճառում։ Օգուտ չկա, տանջանքը քյար կմնա, ուրիշ բան չկա։ Օրենք կհանեն, բայց պայմաններ չեն ստեղծում»,-ասում է Արշալույս Ավետիսյանը։
