Արցախցի նախկին պաշտոնյա, Լրտեսության համար մեղադրվող Սարգիս Գալստյանը մեղավոր է ճանաչվել և դատապարտվել 18 տարվա ազատազրկման:

«Պարետ» Սարգիսը Ստեփանակերտում մոտ կես տարի մնալուց հետո Հայաստան էր տեղափոխվել։

Դատական ակտը հրապարակել է Սյունիքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը՝ Գալստյանին մեղավոր ճանաչելով լրտեսություն կատարելու համա, հայտնել է դատախազությունը:

Հանրային մեղադրողը միջնորդել էր Գալստյանին դատապարտել ցմահ ազատազրկման:

Գալստյանը 2018-2023 թվականներին տարբեր պաշտոններ է զբաղեցրել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում։ Շուշիի վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարի տեղակալն է եղել, կրթության նախարարությունում՝ աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի տեղակալ, հետո՝ ԼՂ նախագահի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի տեղակալ։

Ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ նա 2020-ից հավաքագրվել է օտարերկրյա պետության հատուկ հետախուզության ծառայությունում և լրտեսել։ Նա ունեցել է Սարխան մականունը և 2020-23 թվականներին օտարերկրյա հատուկ ծառայության աշխատակցին է փոխանցել ԼՂ տարածքում տիրող սոցիալ-տնտեսական, բնակչության տրամադրությունների, ռազմական գործողությունների հանդեպ ունեցած վերաբերմունքի, սեպտեմբերյան պատերազմի ժամանակ Հայաստանի հնարավոր ռազմական աջակցության մասին տեղեկություններ:
