Թռչնամսում հայտնաբերվել են մանրէաբանական անհամապատասխանություններ

ՀՀ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնի ղեկավարի որոշմամբ՝ կասեցվել է «Ոսկե հավիկ պլյուս» ՍՊԸ-ին պատկանող թռչնի մսի արտադրամասի (Կոտայքի մարզ, գյուղ Նոր Գեղի) արտադրական գործունեությունը:
Բացի այն, որ այստեղ թողարկվել է վտանգավոր սննդամթերք, նաև արտադրամասի սանիտարահիգիենիկ պայմանները չեն համապատասխանել օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված նորմերին:
Այսպես. Տեսչական մարմնի Կոտայքի մարզային կենտրոնի տեսուչների կողմից թռչնի մսի այս արտադրամասում անցկացված ստուգման ընթացքում կատարվել է նմուշառում ամբողջական հավի և կրծքամսի առկա խմբաքանակներից (12.11.2024) և ներկայացվել լաբորատոր փորձաքննության: Արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ ամբողջական հավի մսի նմուշը մանրէաբանական ախտածին ա/թ սալմոնելաներ ցուցանիշով չի համապատասխանում Մաքսային Միության տեխնիկական կանոնակարգով սահմանված պահանջներին:
Տրվել է արտադրանքի իրացումը արգելելու, շուկայից հետկանչի և ոչնչացման կարգադրագիր:
Նաև՝ Արտադրամասն ապահովված չի եղել սանհանգույցներով և լվացարաններով, Հատակների, պատերի, դռների մակերևույթները պատրաստված չեն եղել անջրանցիկ, լվացվող ախտահանվող նյութերից, առաստաղներն ապահով չեն եղել և չեն կանխարգելել կեղտի կուտակումը, բորբոսի առաջացումը և մասնիկների թափվելու հնարավորությունը, սննդի կառույցն ապահոված չի եղել անձնակազմի համար հանդերաձարանով, սննդամթերքի հետ շփման մեջ գտնվող տեխնոլոգիական սարքավորումներն ու գույք պատրաստված չեն եղել ներկայացվող պահանջներին համապատասխանող նյութերից, Խախտումների վերացման հարար սահմանվել է ժամկետ:
Որոշման չկատարելը կամ ոչ պատշաճ կատարելն առաջացնում է օրենքով սահմանված պատասխանատվության միջոցի կիրառում:
