Հայաստանի և Լիբանանի հարաբերությունների հիմքում ընկած են երկու ժողովուրդների դարավոր բարեկամությունը, փոխշահավետ համագործակցությունը և փոխադարձ հարգանքը, ինչը լավագույնս բնորոշում է Հայաստանի և Լիբանանի քաղաքական հարաբերությունների ներկայիս մակարդակը:
Խիստ մտահոգված և անհանգստացած ենք Մերձավոր Արևելքում, մասնավորապես՝ Լիբանանում, ահագնացող անվտանգային իրավիճակով և անթույլատրելի ենք համարում խաղաղ բնակչության և քաղաքացիական ենթակառուցվածքների թիրախավորումը: Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն աջակցում է Լիբանանի տարածքային ամբողջականությանը, ինքնիշխանությանն ու սահմանների անձեռնմխելիությանը և գործուն մասնակցությամբ՝ հայկական խաղաղապահ զորախմբի միջոցով, իր ներդրումն է ունենում Լիբանանի անվտանգության ամրապնդման գործում:
Լիբանանի համար այս ծանր ժամանակաշրջանում մաղթում եմ Ձեզ քաջառողջություն, ուժ և կորով՝ ծառացած մարտահրավերներին դիմագրավելու և երկիրը խաղաղ հանգրվանի հասցնելու Ձեր ջանքերում»:
