Կառավարության նոր որոշումը պարադոքս է. ինչպե՞ս գոյատևեն արցախցիները

Այսօր կառավարության հերթական նիստում «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանված առանձին խմբերի անձանց կեցության և այլ ծախսերը հոգալու համար սոցիալական աջակցության միջոցառումը և տրամադրման կարգը հաստատելու և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության 2023 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 12-ի N 1763-Լ որոշման մեջ փոփոխություններ և լրացում կատարելու մասին» հարցի քննարկման ժամանակ, տեղահանվածներին տրամադրվող սոցիալական աջակցությունների աստիճանական նվազեցումը և թիրախ խմբերի առանձնացումը հիմնավորվել է այն հանգամանքով, որ արդեն իսկ կա 25000 գրանցված աշխատող և աշխատունակ տարիքի անձինք պետք է սովորեն աշխատել և ոչ թե հույս դնել պետական աջակցությունների վրա։
Հասարակական գործիչ Լիաննա Պետրոսյանը MediaHub-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ կառավարության նոր որոշման հետ համամիտ կլիներ այն դեպքում, երբ մատնանշված 25 հազար գործունյա մարդիկ ունենային բավարար չափի աշխատավարձ, կամ տան վարձավճարների համար վճարեին մինիմալ գումար։
«Հայաստանում այսօր մեծամասամբ դժվար է գտնել այնպիսի աշխատատեղեր, որոնք կբավարարեն և՛ վարձակալության գումար վճարելը, և՛ առօրյա կենցաղային հարցերը լուծելը։ Կառավարության նոր որոշումը պարադոքս է, դրա համար էլ պարադոքսով կպատասխանեմ․ առաջարկում եմ աշխատունակ տարիքի բոլոր տեղահանվածներին աշխատանքի տեղավորել ՀՀ կառավարությունում՝ բնակվարձ վճարելու միակ արժանահավատ աշխատավայրում»,- նշեց Լիանան։
Արցախում մարդիկ ստանում էին միջինում 100-200 000 ՀՀ դրամ աշխատավարձ, բայց ապրում էին իրենց տներում, վարձի հոգս չունեին։ Իսկ այստեղ միայն բնակվարձն է սկսվում 200 000 դրամից։
«Ինչպե՞ս կարող է միջին վիճակագրական ընտանիքը գոյատևել այս պայմաններում»,- ընդգծեց արցախցի հասարակական գործիչը։
