Շուրջ երեք տարի է, աշխարհը կենտրոնացած է ռուս-ուկրաինական պատերազմի վրա, ամենը պտտվում է հենց դրա շուրջ:

2.5 տարվա ընթացքում առաջին անգամ Ուկրաինայի ԶՈՒ-ին հաջողվեց գործողություններ իրականացնել հենց ՌԴ տարածքում և, արդեն որերորդ ամիսն է, ակտիվ գործողությունները շարունակվում են։ 

ԱՄՆ–ում տեղի ունեցած նախագահական ընտրություններից և Դոնալդ Թրամփի հաղթանակից հետո որոշակի հույս նշմարվեց պատերազմի ավարտի հետ կապված, քանի որ Թրամփը խոստացել էր, որ ընտրվելուն պես կլուծի Ռուսաստանի և Ուկրաինայի միջև այս սարսափելի պատերազմի հարցը։

Որքա՞ն կտևի «հատուկ ռազմական օպերացիան», իսկ իրականում՝ ռուս–ուկրաինական պատերազմը, ի՞նչ իրավիճակ է այժմ ՌԴ տարածքում․ այս և այլ հարցերի շուրջ MediaHub-ը զրուցեց ռուս քաղաքագետ Վիկտոր Սապրիկայի հետ:

«Սահմանային իրավիճակը մնում է կայուն ծանր, ինչպես տեսնում ենք՝ թե՛ Կուրսկում, թե՛ Բելգորոդում այժմ փորձում են հարձակումներ իրականացնել Ուկրաինայի զինված կազմավորումները, սակայն նրանց փորձերը հաջողություն չեն բերում։ Եթե խոսենք նոր միջոցներով հարձակումների հնարավորության մասին, որոշ երկրներ թույլ են տվել հրթիռներ արձակել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության տարածքի վրա՝ շրջանցելով Ուկրաինայի տարածքը»,- նշեց նա։

Այսինքն, ըստ քաղաքագետի, այժմ ահրթիռներից մի քանիսը հասնում են նգամ Ռուսաստանի խորքերը, բայց հիմնականում անօդաչու սարքերն են Բելգորոդի, Կուրսկի, Բրյանսկի շրջանների տարածքում: Նա շեշտեց՝ զանգվածային հրթիռային հարձակումներ չեն եղել այս ժամանակահատվածում և, կարծիք հայտնեց նա, դժվար թե հակառակորդը համարձակվի դա անել։

«Մենք տեսնում ենք, որ Ուկրաինայի բնակչության կեսը սկզբունքորեն պատրաստ է բանակցությունների և պատրաստ է տարածքային զիջումների։ Սա նշանակում է, որ Վոլոդիմիր Զելենսկին, ով այժմ ճանաչված է ոչ լեգիտիմ նախագահ, կորցնում է աջակցությունը, նա ընդհանրապես կորցնում է իր ձայները, այսինքն՝ բնակչության վստահությունը։ Եվ նա փորձում է հնարավորինս պաշտպանել իր ռազմական իմիջը՝ անկոտրում դիրքորոշման շրջանակներում, բայց դա, իհարկե, միայն մեծ զոհերի է հանգեցնում»,- ասաց Սապրիկան։

Ինչ վերաբերվում է Թրամփին, թե ինչ կփոխի իր վարած քաղաքականությունը, մեր զրուցակիցը նկատեց․ «Կարծում եմ, որ ընդհանուր առմամբ ԱՄՆ ողջ արտաքին քաղաքականությունը փոքր-ինչ վերակողմնորոշվելու է սեփական երկրի հզորացման, այլ ոչ թե արտաքին եզրագծով աշխատելու ուղղությամբ։ Դա վերաբերում է ոչ միայն Ուկրաինային, դա վերաբերում է նաև այլ երկրներին, որոնք, ընդհանուր առմամբ, պարբերաբար անվերահսկելի աջակցություն էին ստանում ԱՄՆ-ից։ Այսինքն, ոչ միայն Ուկրաինայի, այլ նաև Մոլդովայի տարածքում, Հայաստանում նույնպես որոշակի փորձեր ենք նկատում, Վրաստանում»։

Իսկ գլխավոր հարցին՝ ե՞րբ կավարտվի պատերազմը ՌԴ-ի և Ուկրաինայի միջև, քաղաքագետը կանխատեսեց՝ ՌԴ-ն իր նպատակներին կհասնի, թերևս, սեպտեմբերին, 2025թ-ին։
