Հայաստանի երկրորդ մեծ քաղաքում՝ Գյումրիում ստեղծված քաղաքական ճգնաժամն առաջիկայում կարող է հանգուցալուծվել արտահերթ ընտրություններով։ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունն ավելի վաղ հայտարարել էր, թե Գյումրիի քաղաքապետի իրենց թեկնածուն ԱԺ պատգամավոր, Շիրակի նախկին մարզպետ Կարեն Սարուխանյանն է լինելու։ Վերջինս, սակայն, ստիպված է լինելու նոր պայմաններում մնալ պատգամավորի կարգավիճակում, թեպետ չի բացառվում, որ ինքն էլ համալրի մանդատից զրկվողների շարքը։

Օրերս մամուլում տեղեկություններ տարածվեցին, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն անձամբ է Սարուխանյանին ուղարկել նարկոդիսպանսեր՝ թմրանյութերի օգտագործման թեսթ հանձնելու, քանի որ նման կասկածներ էին առաջացել։ ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, Սարուխանյանին դիսպանսեր ուղեկցել են Փաշինյանի թիկնապահները, որոնք էլ տվյալները ներկայացրել են ՔՊ առաջնորդին։ Վերջինս նախօրեին կայացած վարչության նիստում հպանցիկ ասել է, որ Գյումրիում իրենց նոր թեկնածու է հարկավոր։

Ընդհանրապես, 2018 թ. իշխանափոխությունից հետո բազմաթիվ հայտնի քպականների վերաբերյալ մամուլում տեղեկություններ են շրջանառվել, որ նրանք սեր ունեն թեթևից մինչև ծանր թմրանյութերի հետ։ Ընդհուպ, խոսում էին կառավարական աշխատասենյակներում ուռելու մասին։ Բացառվում է, որ այդ տեղեկությունները Փաշինյանի ականջին հասած չլինեին, բայց մինչ օրս որևէ քպական չի պատժվել նման բաներով հրապուրվելու համար։

Սարուխանյանը, թերևս, առաջինը կլինի։ Բայց Փաշինյանին կարելի է հորդորել ողջ կուսակցությանը մի գծով շարել և թմբուկների զարկերի ուղեկցությամբ տանել նարկոդիսպանսեր։ Արդյունքները, վստահ ենք, բավական կմտահոգեն «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության ղեկավարին։
