Փաշինյանի հայտարարությունները Անկախության հռչակագրի ապապետական լինելու, բանակը չսրբագործելու մասին, այդ խոսույթն ուղղված է Ադրբեջանին: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Էլինար Վարդանյանը:
«Փաշինյանը «խաղաղություն» բառը Ադրբեջանից պոկելու խնդիր ունի, եւ հիամ այդ խոսույթով ասում է՝ «այո՛, մենք պատրաստ ենք հրաժարվել անկախության հռչակագրից, հենա ՍԴ-ով մի հատ այդպես փորձ արեցինք մեկնաբանություն տալու Անկախության հռչակագրի վերաբերյալ։ Այո՛, մենք պատրաստ ենք բավարարել ձեր պահանջները բանակի վերաբերյալ»: Իսկ մենք գիտենք՝ Ադրբեջանը Հայաստանից ինչ ակնկալիքներ ունի, անընդհատ խոսում է Հայաստանի սպառազինվելու անթույլատրելիության մասին, բանակ չունենալու մասին և այլն։ Սրանք ազդակներ են, որ ուղղվում են Ադրբեջանին և նաև շոշափում են հանրության վերաբերմունքը։ Օրինակ, նա տեսնի, թե արդյո՞ք հասարակությունը վիրավորվեց իր խոսքերից, որոնք որ վերաբերում են բանակին։ Արդյո՞ք հասարակությունը վիրավորվեց և զգաց, որ իր արժանապատվությունը ոտնահարվել է, երբ ինքը ոտնահարում է մեր պետության հիմքերը, անկախության հռչակագիրը։ Սա նաև զոնդաժի հնարավորություն է հասկանալու հասարակության վերաբերմունքը և նաև ազդակներ իր իր հարևան, իր բարեկամ երկրին»,-ասաց Էլինար Վարդանյանը:
Անդրադառնալով հանրության անտարբերությանը եւ միայն «լավ ապրելու» տրամաբանությամբ առաջնորդվելուն, ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորը նկատեց, որ հաճախ փոփոխություններ բերում է ոչ թե ամբողջ հասարակությունը, այլ հանրության մի հատվածը. «Դրա համար անհրաժեշտ են իսկապես լիդերներ: Խոսքը չկարծեք, թե մեկ անհատի մասին է, որի շուրջ բոլորը պետք է դրանք, այսպես հենց ժողովրդից ծնվող լիդերների մասին է: Դրանք կարող են շատերը լինեն և կրիտիկական զանգված։ Ես տեսնում եմ բազմաթիվ մարդիկ, որոնք տառապում են այսօրվա խնդիրներով, որ առկա է մեր հայրենիքում։ Լրջագույն լուծումը և հնարավորությունը պետք է լինի նոր միավորումների և հետո դրանց կոնսոլիդացիայի արդյունքում»:
