«Օրենքով գողի» կարգավիճակ ունեցող «Պզո» մականունով Արմեն Ղազարյանն արդարացվել է։ Այս մասին «Փաստինֆո»-ն տեղեկանում է փաստաբան Էդգար Արամյանից։

Հիշեցնենք, որ 2022 թվականի մարտի 21-ին դատախազը հանրային քրեական հետապնդում էր հարուցել Արմեն Ղազարյանի նկատմամբ այն բանի համար, որ նա, ունենալով քրեական աստիճանակարգության բարձրագույն կարգավիճակ, պահպանել է այն (քրեական օրենսգրքի 322-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մաս): Ըստ դատախազության՝ 2022 թվականի նոյեմբերի 2-ին նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթով պարզվել էր, որ 1991 թվականին Արմեն Ղազարյանը Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Դոնի Ռոստով քաղաքում, քրեական աստիճանակարգության բարձրագույն կարգավիճակ ունեցող անձանց ներկայությամբ «թագադրվելով»՝ ստացել է «օրենքով գողի»՝ քրեական աստիճանակարգության բարձրագույն կարգավիճակ և 2022 թվականի նոյեմբերի 1-ի դրությամբ շարունակել է պահպանել օրենքով չթույլատրվող այդ կարգավիճակը։ Ղազարյանի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց էր կիրառվել համակցված խափանման միջոցներ՝ բացակայելու արգելքը և 20 մլն դրամի չափով գրավը։ Քրեական գործը 2024թ մարտ ամսից ուղարկվել էր դատարան։

Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը՝ դատավոր Վ. Ջիլավյանի նախագահությամբ, այսօր հրապարակել է արդարացման վերդիկտ՝ արդարացնելով Ղազարյանին՝ «օրենքով գողի» կարգավիճակ պահելու մեղադրանքով։
