Եվ այսպես, Հայաստանի գարշապետի քմահաճույքով հրաժարականներ տվեցին Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի նախագահ Սասուն Խաչատրյանը,ՊԵԿ նախագահ Ռուստամ Բադասյանը, ՔԿ նախագահ Արգիշտի Քյարամյանը, ՆԳ նախարար Վահե Ղազարյանը և ԲԴԽ նախագահ Կարեն Անդրեասյանը։
Սույն պարոնայք տարակուսանքի մեջ են․ «Անմնացորդ , ստրուկի նման ծառայել եմ մեծարգոյին,կատարել նրա անօրինական հրամանները, դժբախտացրել բազմաթիվ ընտանիքներ,քծնել, հաճոյացել եմ նրան ու նրա տիկնոջը՝ մեծարգո վարչապետուհուն։Ոչ միայն աշխատասենյակի, այլև իմ բնակարանի, ամառանոցի պատերին փակցված է եղել մեծարգո վարչապետի մեծադիր նկարը, որ միշտ զգանք նրա վճռական հայացքն ու մեզ զգոն պահենք։ Եվ հանկարծ․․․ Ախր ինչու՞»։
Նույնանման մտահոգություներ ունեին նաև 1930-ական թվականների գործիչներ ՆԿՎԴ-ի նարկոմ Հենրիխ Յգոդան,նրան փոխարինած Նիկոլայ Եժովը,Հայաստանում ներքին գործերի ժողկոմ Խաչիկ Մուղդուսւին և շատ ուրիշներ։
Ինչպես 1930-ականների, այնպես էր մերօրյա հայ գործիչներին անհասկանալի է մնում իրենց ղեկավարի գործելաոճը։Իրականում, քանի որ Հայաստանում պետայան հարցերն ու որոշումները ոչ թե կոլեգիալ, քննարկումների միջոցով են լուծվում, այլ մեկ անձի քմահաճուքով, հենց այդ մեկ անձի քմահաճույքով են լինում,ինչպես քրեական գոծերի հարուցումերը,կալանքները, նաև պաշտոնանկությունները։
