Նախաբան
Երբ ցանկացած ոլորտի լավագույն ներկայացուցիչները (բանակ, գիտություն, սպորտ,մշակույթ,արվեստ...), ազգակործան պատուհասի և նրա խմբակի անդամների ձեռքն են սեղմում, երջանիկ ժպիտով հետները նկարվում ու տարբեր պարգևներ ստանում՝ մոռանալով Արցախի դավաճանական հանձնումը, հազարավոր զոհերի ուրացումը, Հայոց պատմության պղծումը, ամեն հայկականի մերժումը, կարծում են, որ երբ հերթը իրենց հասնի, խնայվելու՞ են:
Վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնողն իր ընտանիքով հանդերձ վաղուց ապացուցել է, որ ոչ մի կարմիր գիծ չունի, ոչ մի սրբություն, ոչ մի արժեք: Գերնպատակը ցանկացած գնով իշխանություն պահելն է՝ աղետը շարունակելու և ավարտին հասցնելու համար:

Հանրությունը զարմացել է, թե ինչու թույլ չի տրվել, որ Հայաստանի ըմբշամարտի հավաքանը լավագույն կազմով մասնակցի վերոնշյալ ստուգատեսին:
Նախ նշեմ,որ մրցաշարը չի պատկանում Ըմբշամարտի Համաշխարհային Ֆեդերացիային (UWW), մասնավոր կազմակերպության միջոցառում է:
Պետք է պարզել, թե ո՞վ է եղել այն խելացին, ով որոշել է դիմել ՝ հյուրընկալելու երկրորդական այս մրցաշարը: Ի՞նչ անձնական շահ է ունեցել, ի՞նչ հաշվարկներ և հեռու գնացող նպատակներ: Պետք է ստուգել, թե ո՞վ է շահել մրցումների անցկացման տենդերը և ի՞նչքան գումար է դուրս գրվել պետ. բյուջեից(ունեցածս տվյալներով նման մրցաշարի համար նախադեպը չունեցող գումար): Ի՞նչ կապ ունեն շահողները քպ վերնախավի հետ...
Մրցումներն արդեն սկսվում են, և ոչ մի իմաստ էլ բարձրացված աղմուկը չի ունենալու: Հեղինակն էլ հասնելու է իր նպատակին. մեծարելու է այն պետությունների մարզիկներին,որոնց անձամբ համակրում է, և ևս մեկ անգամ փորձելու է համոզել հայերին, որ չի կարելի որևէ ոլորտում լինել լավագույնը: Հայը պետք է լինի պարտված, ենթակա, գլխիկոր և մտածի միայն փորի և ժամանցի մասին: Ժամանցն էլ կապահովեն աշխարհից հրավիրված տարբեր ոլորտի հյուրերը:
