ՔՊ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Նարեկ Զեյնալյանը վայր է դնում պատգամավորի մանդատը:

Նա հայտարարություն է տարածել, որտեղ ասվում է. ««Սիրելի հայրենակիցներ, իմ նախաձեռնությամբ դադարեցնում եմ պատգամավորական լիազորություններս։

Ինչպես մինչ այսօր, այսուհետև ևս, գիտելիքներս և փորձս շարունակելու եմ ծառայեցնել Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը։

Հակիրճ ներկայացնեմ իմ կատարած աշխատանքը այս տարիների ընթացքում.

2019թ-ից մինչ օրս, հանդիսանալով ԱԺ մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ, իմ կողմից մշակվել և ամբողջությամբ ընդունվել է թվով 49 օրենսդրական նախաձեռնություն, ունեցել եմ ավելի քան 50 ելույթ, կազմակերպել եմ բազմաթիվ քննարկումներ տարբեր թեմաներով, ընտրվել եմ Global TB Caucus-ի Արևելյան Եվրոպայի և Կենտրոնական Ասիայի տարածաշրջանի համանախագահ, Եվրոպական Պառլամենտական ֆորումի վերականգնողական իրավունքի հայաստանյան պատվիրակության ղեկավար, ԱՊՀ միջխորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի սոցիալական քաղաքականության և մարդու իրավունքների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահի տեղակալ։ Միջազգային տարբեր հարթակներում մասնակցել եմ առողջապահական համակարգի հետ կապված բազմաթիվ քննարկումների։

Իմ քաղաքական թիմի հետ միասին հաղթահարել ենք  բավականին ծանր փորձություններ և վստահ եմ, որ իմ գործընկերները կշարունակեն պահպանել մեր հռչակած արժեքները, կշարունակեն պատվով  հաղթահարել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության առաջ ծառացած բոլոր մարտահրավերները և  իրականություն կդարձնեն մեր երազանքները»։
