Telegram-ով թմրամիջոցների իրացում ու 7 մլն դրամի փողերի լվացում․ նոր մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել

Դատախազը 2024 թվականի նոյեմբերի 18-ին հաստատել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի իրացում և խոշոր չափերով փողերի լվացում կատարած անձանց վերաբերյալ մեղադրական եզրակացությունը և վարույթի նյութերի հետ հանձնել իրավասու դատարան:
Քրեական վարույթով պարզվել է, որ Հ.Տ-Թ.-ն, «Telegram» հեռահաղորդակցման հավելվածում գրանցված օգտատիրոջ, Մ.Ա.-ի և դեռևս ինքնությունը չպարզված այլ անձանց հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ, 2023 թվականի հունվարից մինչև 2024 թվականի մայիսն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում տարբեր եղանակներով, այդ թվում՝ «Telegram» հեռահաղորդակցման հավելվածում գրանցված առցանց խանութ-հարթակների միջոցով, ապահովել է թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի ձեռքբերումը, առանձնացումն ըստ քաշերի, փաթեթավորումն ու նախապես տեղադրումը թաքստոցներում: Այնուհետև ծրագրային հավելվածի միջոցով նշվել են դրանց գտնվելու վայրերի աշխարհագրական կոորդինատները և փոխանցվել են թմրամիջոց ձեռք բերելու ցանկություն հայտնած և կրիպտոարժույթային դրամապանակներին համապատասխան չափով միջոցներ փոխանցած անձանց՝ այդ կերպ իրականացնելով առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով տարբեր տեսակի, այդ թվում՝ «Մեթամֆետամին» և «Մարիխուանա» տեսակի թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի իրացում:
Թմրամիջոցների իրացումից ստացվել է 6 մլն 574 հազար դրամ, որի հանցավոր ծագումը թաքցնելու նպատակով դրանք ստացվել են կրիպտոարժույթային հաշիվներով, տարբեր էլեկտրոնային դրամապանակներով, ապա փոխանցվել տարբեր անձանց անուններով գրանցված, սակայն փաստացի վերոնշյալ անձանց կողմից կառավարվող՝ ՀՀ-ում գրանցված էլեկտրոնային դրամապանակներին, որից հետո կանխիկացվել կամ այլ կերպ տնօրինվել են:
Դատախազը Հ.Տ-Թ.-ի և Մ.Ա.-ի նկատմամբ հարուցել է հանրային քրեական հետապնդում՝ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 393-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով (թմրամիջոցների, հոգեմետ (հոգեներգործուն) նյութերի, դրանց պատրաստուկների կամ դրանց համարժեք նյութերի (անալոգի) կամ դրանց ածանցյալների ապօրինի շրջանառությունն իրացնելու նպատակով կամ դրանք ապօրինի իրացնելը) և 296-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 2-րդ կետերով (փողերի լվացումը):
