Նոյեմբերի 8-ին թմրանյութի հայտնաբերման դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Լոռու մարզում։ Ժամը 16։00-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Լոռու մարզի քրեական ոստիկանության վարչությունում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացել, որ «Քարքարոտցի Վահեն» և «Քարքարոտցի Շուրուբը» «Opel» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով գտնվում են Վանաձոր քաղաքի Մյասնիկյան փողոցում, այնտեղ բնակվող «Ֆերդոիչ»-ից գումարի դիմաց ձեռք են բերել «Մեթադոն» տեսակի թմրամիջոց ու պատրաստվում են տանից դուրս գալ:

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, նույն օրը ժամը 16։15-ի սահմաններում Լոռու մարզի քրեական ոստիկանության վարչության ծառայողները՝ վարչության պետ Խորեն Բարխոյանի գլխավորությամբ, Վանաձոր քաղաքի Մյասնիկյան և Բանակի փողոցների խաչմերուկում հայտնաբերել և հանցանք կատարած լինելու անմիջականորեն ծագած հիմնավոր կասկածի առկայությամբ ձերբակալել և քրեական ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզային վարչություն են տեղափոխել Լոռու մարզի բնակիչներ 51-ամյա Շահեն Ա․-ին՝ իր կողմից վարած «Opel» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով հանդերձ, որում եղել են նաև Լոռու մարզի բնակիչներ 27-ամյա Վահե Ա․-ն և 31-ամյա Անդրանիկ Դ․-ն։

Արդեն ոստիկանությունում անձնական խուզարկությամբ Վահե Ա․-ի ջինսե տաբատի գրպանից հայտնաբերվել է 3 միլիգրամ տարողությամբ մեկանգամյա օգտագործման ներարկիչ՝ ամբողջությամբ լցված թափանցիկ հեղուկով, ինչի վերաբերյալ վերջինս հայտարարել է, որ հայտնաբերվածը հանդիսանում է «Մեթադոն» տեսակի թմրամիջոց, որը ինքը 5 հազար դրամ գումարի դիմաց նույն օրը ժամը 15։50-ի սահմաններում, ձեռք է բերել Լոռու մարզի բնակիչ 51-ամյա Վահե Ու․-ից իր կողմից օգտագործելու նպատակով:
