Խնդիրն այն է, որ պետք է օրակարգ ձեւավորվի, Փաշինյանը այս հրաժարականներով ձեւավորեց օրակարգ, քանի որ խաղաղության օարակարգը մի քանի ամսով հետաձգվեց եւ չէր կարելի դաշտը բաց թողնել: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց քաղտեխնոլոգ Արմեն Բադալյանը՝ անդրադառնալով իրավապահ համակարգի ղեկավարների եւ այլ պաշտոնյաների աղմկահարույց հրաժարականներին:
«Մեկ էլ տեսար, հնարավոր է ընդդիմությունը օրակարգ ձեւավորի, դրա համար ինքն է ձեւավորում օրակարգ: Չենք էլ կարող ասել, որ նա այսօր ազատվածներին զոհել է, քանի որ կարող է ինչ-որ մի տեղ տանի օրինակ մարզպետ նշանակի կամ խորհրդական»,- ասել է նա:
Բադալյանը նշում է, որ երբ որ վարչապետը ելույթ է ունենում կառավարության նիստում եւ դժգոհություն է ունենում, անմիջապես հիշում են երկրորդ նախագահի հետ կապված գործը եւ որոշում են բռնի կերպով բերեն դատարան կամ մեկին տնային կալանքից փոխեն կալանավորման եւ այլն:
«Իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է հասարակությանը, հասարակությունը արդդարադատություն է պահանջում, թե՞ անվտանգություն: Այն մարդը, որ գտնվում է Ջերմուկում՝ ադրբեջանական կրակակետի հսկողության տակ, եւ ամեն վայրկյան կարող է սպանվել, նրան առաջին հերթին անվտանգությունն է հետաքրքրում: Ընդհանրապես, անվտանգությունը թիվ մեկ խնդիրն է, ոչ թե արդարադատությունը: Բայ երբ որ դու քո շրջապատին բերում, դնում ես արդարադատության ղեկավար եւ հետո պատվերով գործը անում են, եւ դրանից հետո մտածել, թե հասարակությունը պետք է հույս ունենա, թե ինչ-որ արադարադատություն է լինելու, մոռացեք»,-ասաց նա:
Քաղտեխնոլոգը նշում է, որ երկրում ոչ տնտեսական աճ կա, պետական համակարգում ոչ մի գործընթաց չկա, անձերի փոփոխությամբ որեւէ փոփոխություն չի լինում, խաղաղության գործընթաց չկա, նման պայմաններում սկսում են ինչ-որ հարցեր դարձնել քննարկման առարկա:
