Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանը մինչև 2025 թվականի նոյեմբերի 12-ը ժամանակ է տվել Բաքվին և Երևանին ռասայական խտրականության դեպքերի վերաբերյալ փաստաթղթեր պատրաստելու համար։ Այդ մասին գրում է sputnik.armenian-ն`հղում անելով դատարանի X–ի էջին:

Նշվում է, որ խոսքն այն փաստաթղթերի մասին է, որոնցում կողմերը պետք է հերքեն գործի էության վերաբերյալ հակառակ կողմի փաստարկները։

Հայաստանը 2021 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 16–ին Միջազգային դատարանում դատական գործընթաց է սկսել Ադրբեջանի դեմ՝ համաձայն «Ռասայական խտրականության բոլոր ձևերի վերացման մասին» միջազգային կոնվենցիայի։ Հայցով Ադրբեջանը մեղադրվում է տասնամյակներ շարունակ հայերի դեմ գործողությունների համար, որոնք ավելի սրվել են 2020 թվականին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության ժամանակ։

Նույն թվականի սեպտեմբերի 23-ին Բաքուն հակընդդեմ հայց է ներկայացրել՝ պնդելով, որ Երևանը տարածաշրջանում խտրական գործողություններ է կատարել և շարունակում է դրանք կատարել ադրբեջանցիների նկատմամբ՝ նրանց էթնիկ ծագման պատճառով։
«Երկու կողմերն էլ պահանջել են միջանկյալ միջոցների կիրառում, որոնք սահմանում է դատարանը դատավարության ընթացքում լարվածության սրումից խուսափելու համար: Այդ պահանջները մասամբ բավարարվել են»- ասված է դատարանի հրապարակած հաղորդագրության մեջ։

Դրանից հետո երկու կողմերն էլ կասկածի տակ են դրել դատարանի իրավազորությունը, ինչի արդյունքում գործերի քննությունը, ըստ էության, կասեցվել է։ Մինչդեռ նոյեմբերի 12–ին դատարանը որոշել է, որ իրավասու է քննելու երկու հայցերը` բացառությամբ Ադրբեջանի պահանջների, որոնք վերաբերում են բնապահպանական վնասին և ենթադրյալ գործողություններին, որոնք տեղի են ունեցել մինչև 1996 թ. սեպտեմբերի 15–ը՝ կողմերի միջև ռասայական խտրականության բոլոր ձևերի վերացման մասին միջազգային կոնվենցիայի ուժի մեջ մտնելու օրը:
