Երևանում անցկացվել է ԵԱՏՄ գյուղատնտեսական քաղաքականության խորհրդի 5-րդ նիստը

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նախագահության շրջանակներում Երևանում անցկացվել է Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության գյուղատնտեսական քաղաքականության խորհրդի 5-րդ նիստը։
Խորհրդի անդամները քննարկել են անդամ երկրների ագրոարդյունաբերական համալիրների զարգացման դինամիկան, արդյունաբերության արդյունավետության բարձրացման ուղիները, միջպետական համագործակցության ներուժը և ընդգծել եվրասիական «հնգյակում» գյուղատնտեսության զարգացման դրական միտումները։
Իր խոսքում՝ ԵՏՀ արդյունաբերության և ագրոարդյունաբերական համալիրի հարցերով նախարար Գոհար Բարսեղյանը նշել է, որ 2023 թվականի վերջին Միության գյուղատնտեսության արտադրության ծավալը նախորդ տարվա համեմատ կրճատվել է 0,7%-ով և կազմել 135 մլրդ դոլար: «Հայաստանում արտադրության ծավալը պահպանվել է նախորդ տարվա մակարդակին և կազմել 2,6 մլրդ ԱՄՆ դոլար։ Բելառուսում և Ղրղզստանում գյուղատնտեսական արտադրանքի աճը 2023 թվականին 2022 թվականի համեմատ կազմել է 1%, Ռուսաստանում՝ 0,2%։ 2024 թվականի առաջին կիսամյակում այդ աճը կազմել է 2% (մինչև 36,8 մլրդ դոլար)։ Ընդ որում, աճ է նկատվում ԵԱՏՄ անդամ բոլոր երկրներում»,- ասել է Բարսեղյանը։
Խորհրդի անդամների ուշադրության կենտրոնում էին գյուղատնտեսական համալիրների կանխատեսման համակարգի կատարելագործմանն ուղղված մոտեցումները, որոնք նպատակ ունեն ապահովելու ներքին շուկայի կայուն զարգացումը հիմնական գյուղատնտեսական ապրանքներով և պարենով, ինչպես նաև «Եվրասիական տնտեսական ուղի» 2030 և 2045 թվականների զարգացման հռչակագրի իրականացման ծրագրի մշակման միջոցառումները գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում:
Կողմերը հավանություն են տվել փորձի փոխանակման նպատակով անդամ երկրներում պետական աջակցությանը նվիրված պարբերաբար արտագնա սեմինարներ անցկացնելու վերաբերյալ նախաձեռնությանը։ Նիստի արդյունքներով խորհրդի անդամները համաձայնվել են խորացնել համագործակցությունը՝ ուղղված Միության ընդհանուր գյուղատնտեսական շուկայի հավասարակշռվածության ապահովմանը՝ հաշվի առնելով անդամ պետությունների ազգային շահերն ու ինտեգրացիոն միավորման նպատակները:
