Կիրակի երեկոյան ՀՀ իրավապահ համակարգում աննախադեպ "աստղաթափություն" տեղի ունեցավ, միանգամից հրաժարական տվեցին գործող ՆԳՆ նախարարը, Քննչական երկու ծառայությունների պետերը, ՊԵԿ նախագահը և ԲԴԽ նախագահը, դրանց միացավ նաև ոչ ուժային նախարարներից մեկը (անունները հատուկ չեմ նշում, որովհետև դա էական չի)։

Քանի որ սա ակնհայտ կոլեկտիվ հրաժարական է, իմաստ չունի խնդիրը փնտրել անձերի մեջ՝ սա գործող վարչախմբի պարագլուխ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից սկսված նոր խաղ է, որով նա փորձում է փրկել իր անկում ապրող վարկանիշը, և պարզաջրել իր հակազգային և հակապետական վարչակարգը ապագա ընտրություններից առաջ։ Նույն խաղի մեջ է մտնում նաև սափրվելը, հեծանվով գերպաշտպանված երթերը, և քաղաքական թաթերախաղի բազմաթիվ այլ բաղադրիչներ, որոնք բոլորը կոչված են Փաշինյանին նոր, պետականամետ և ժամանակակից կերպար ստեղծել՝ մաշված, փնթի և վարկաբեկվածի փոխարեն։

Այս կապակցությամբ ցանկանում եմ ընդամենը մի քանի կետ արձանագրել՝

ա) հրաժարական տված բոլոր պաշտոնյանները Փաշինյանի վարչախմբի կարկառուն գործիչներ են, և նրա հետ միասին կիսում են նրա կառավարման քաղաքական և իրավական ողջ պատասխանատվությունը, և դրանից խույս չեն տալու,

բ) Փաշինյանը, որքան էլ փորձի փրկել իր քաղաքական դեմքը, իր անմիջական զինակիցներին զոհաբերելով, հաջողության չի հասնելու՝ հասարակությունը միամիտ չի, և գիտակցում է, որ առանձին պաշտոնյաների մեջ չի խնդիրը, այլ այն հակապետական համակարգի, որը անցած տարիների ընթացքում ձևավորել է իշխող վարչախումբը,

գ) ումով էլ որ Փաշինյանը փոխարինի գնացողներին, նորերը ոչ մի իրական փոփոխություն չեն բերելու, քանզի այս պայմաններում ոչ մի իրեն հարգող գործիչ չի վերցնելու իր վրա Փաշինյանի ձախողված քաղաքական կուրսի պատասխանատվությունը։

Ինչ մնում է մեզ, պետք է արձանագրենք, որ հանրային ճնշումը գործող վարչակարգի վրա արդեն ինչ որ պտուղներ է սկսում տալ, բայց բնականաբար չբավարարվենք սրանով,, և շարունակենք ավելացնել այդ ճնշումը՝ թուրք-ադրբեջանական կամակատարներից վերջնականապես ազատվելու համար։
