35-ամյա Ա․Թ․-ն մահացել է․ նկարագրված են դաժան մանրամասներ

2024 թվականի նոյեմբերի 15-ին՝ ժամը 15:55-ին, «ՀԱՊԱԿ» ՓԲԸ-ից հաղորդում է ստացվել այն մասին, որ նույն օրը՝ ժամը 14:10-ի սահմաններում, ընդունարանի դիմացի հատվածում բուժհաստատության 35-ամյա հարկադիր բուժառու Ա.Թ.-ն պարանոցի, կրծքավանդակի, որովայնի հատվածներում ստացել է կտրած վնասվածքներ, որոնք վերջինիս պատճառել է նույն հաստատության նախկին բուժառուն:
Փաստի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում, նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ: 35-ամյա տղամարդը ճանաչվել է տուժող, հայտնում են Քննչական կոմիտեից։
Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2024 թվականի նոյեմբերի 15-ին՝ ժամը 14.20-ի սահմաններում, «ՀԱՊԱԿ» ՓԲԸ նախկին բուժառու Հ.Ա.-ն բուժհաստատության բակում բուժհաստատության աշխատակցի ուղեկցությամբ տեսակցել է Ա.Թ.-ին, որի ժամանակ Հ.Ա.-ն իր մոտ գնվող դանակով հարվածներ է հասցրել վերջինիս մարմնի տարբեր հատվածներին: Այդ ընթացքում Ա.Թ.-ին ուղեկցող աշխատակիցը, հասնելով օգնության, ձեռքով բռնել է դանակի շեղբը՝ խանգարելով Հ.Ա.-ին ավարտին հասցնել իր հանցավոր մտադրությունը:
Այդ պահին օգնության հասած բժիշկներին հաջողվել է վնասազերծել Հ.Ա.-ին, իսկ տուժածին՝ տեղափոխել հիվանդանոց։ Սակայն վերջինս, ստացած կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի մարմնական վնասվածքների պատճառով, գիտակցության չգալով, ժամեր անց մահացել է:
Դեպքից րոպեներ անց Հ.Ա.-ն, հանցանք կատարած լինելու անմիջականորեն ծագած հիմնավոր կասկածի հիմքով, ձերբակալվել է:
Նախաքննոթյան ընթացքում կատարվել են մի շարք քննչական և վարութային գործողություններ՝ դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որի ընթացքում բժշկական կենտրոնի ընդունարանի դիմաց՝ գետնին, հայտնաբերվել են արնանման հետքեր և արնանման հետքերով դանակ, վերցվել են փորձանմուշներ: Տուժողի մարմնական վնասվածքների բնույթը, դրանց ստացման մեխանիզմը պարզելու նպատակով նշանակվել է դիակի դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն:
