ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը մասնակցել է Երևանում անցկացվող ամենամյա Silicon Mountains 2024 տեխնոլոգիական գագաթնաժողովին՝ որպես պանելային քննարկման բանախոս: Այս մասին հայտնում են ԿԳՄՍՆ-ից։

Քննարկումը վերաբերել է արհեստական բանականության ազդեցությանը Հայաստանում արտադրության, տնտեսության, կրթության և այլ ոլորտների վրա։

Անդրադառնալով կրթության համակարգում արհեստական բանականության կիրառությանը և մարտահրավերներին՝ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարը շեշտել է՝ որևէ իրողության և նոր մոտեցման ծայրահեղացումն արդարացված չէ. «Մենք պետք է հասկանանք յուրաքանչյուր տեխնոլոգիայի սահմաններն ու հնարավորությունները և պատասխանատու որոշումներով կարողանանք վերահսկել հետևանքները, որոնք մեզ համար ցանկալի չեն»:

Ըստ նրա՝ մինչ այս կրթության համակարգի մարտահրավերներից էին համարվում տեխնոլոգիական զարգացմամբ պայմանավորված թվային գործիքների անհասանելիությունը, որոշ դեպքերում նաև բավարար հմտությունների բացակայությունը, որոնց հաղթահարմանն այժմ արդեն կարող է նպաստել ԱԲ գործիքների կիրառումը:

«Այս հարցերն օրակարգային են. տեխնոլոգիական զարգացման և կրթության համակարգի միջև առկա խզման խնդրին պարտավոր ենք առերեսվել և լուծումներ գտնել: Այդ նպատակով հանրակրթության նոր չափորոշչի շրջանակում ներդրվել է նոր առարկա՝ «Թվային գրագիտություն և համակարգչային գիտություն», որն ուսուցանվում է երկրորդ դասարանից։ Բոլոր դպրոցներում նաև համապատասխան ենթակառուցվածքներ ունենալով՝ նպատակ ունենք ամենաբազային հմտությունները դարձնել դպրոցական ծրագրի մաս, որպեսզի տեխնոլոգիաներն իրենց աշխատանքում ու առօրյայում կիրառելու հմտություններ ունեցող գրագետ քաղաքացիներ ձևավորենք: Այս առումով շատ կարևոր է նաև մեդիագրագիտությունը, որը պետք է ուղեկցի տեխնոլոգիական գիտելիքին, այլապես բազմաթիվ խնդիրների առաջ կկանգնենք»,- ասել է Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը:

Նախարարի խոսքով՝ ԱԲ գործիքների կիրառումը կարող է էապես օգնել նաև կրթության ոլորտում որոշումների կայացմանը:

«Ժամանակակից իրականությունը պահանջում է մեծածավալ տվյալների վերլուծություն, որի ծավալը հատկապես կրթության համակարգում շատ մեծ է: Կշռադատված որոշումների մշակման առումով արհեստական բանականությունը կարող է մեծ աջակցություն ապահովել, որը, սակայն, երբևէ չի կարող փոխարինել մարդու անհատական պատասխանատվությանը և պարտավորվածությանը»,- ընդգծել է ԿԳՄՍ նախարարը՝ հավելելով, որ պետք չէ վախենալ արհեստական բանականության նոր գործիքակազմից, այլ պետք է մոտենալ դրան պատասխանատվությամբ և գիտակցված:

«Նորարարությունն ու տեխնոլոգիական զարգացումը մեր իրականության մասն են, ու դռներն արհեստականորեն փակել չի ստացվի: Ավելի լավ է միասին գտնել այդ իրականության մեջ ապրելու լավագույն ձևերը»,- խոսքը եզրափակել է Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը:
