Մամուլից տեղակացա, որ ՔՊ վարչության նիստ վարողը նիստին ներկա գյումրեցի պատգամավորին ուղարկել է թմրանյութի անալիզ հանձնելու։ Քանի որ դադարել ենք զարմանալ այս 6 տարիների ընթացքում, այս լուրն էլ զարմանք չառաջացրեց...
Հիշում եք չէ՞, որ այս տարվա փետրվարին ստեղծվեց թմրամիջոցների և հոգեմետ նյութերի ապօրինի շրջանառության կանխարգելման միջգերատեսչական հանձնաժողով, որի մեջ ներգրավված են ուժային և իրավական բոլոր կառույցների, առողջապահության ու ՊԵԿ-ի ներկայացուցիչները։ Ու գիտե՞ք ինչն է հետաքրքիր, որ թմրանյութերի շրջանառության դեմն առնելը ոչ միայն չի հաջողվում, այլ օգտագործողների քանակը, ըստ մասնագետների, ավելացել է կանանց ու անչափահասների շրջանում։
