Արդարադատության նախարար Սրբուհի Գալյանը ելույթով է հանդես եկել «Սահմանադրական դատարանների որոշումների նկատմամբ հարգանքը» խորագրով միջազգային բարձրաստիճան համաժողովում:Հայտնում են արդարադատության նախարարության ֆեյսբուքյան էջում:
Նախարարն ընդգծել է, որ Սահմանադրական դատարանի որոշումները չհարգելն ու չկատարելը պետության իրավական հիմքերը խարխլելուն ուղղված ճանապարհ են, որն ընդունելի չէ Հայաստանի կառավարության համար: Սրբուհի Գալյանը նշել է՝ գործադիր իշխանությունն առաջնորդվում է Սահմանադրական դատարանի որոշումների հարգման սկզբունքով և այդ քաղաքականությունն անշեղելի է:
Եզրափակելով ելույթը՝ նախարարն արձանագրել է, որ Սահմանադրական դատարանի դերի կարևորությունը հատկապես ընդգծվում է 2018թ.-ի «Թավշյա հեղափոխություն»-ից հետո Հայաստանում իրավական պետության կայացմանը նպաստող լայնածավալ բարեփոխումների իրականացման համատեքստում:
Համաժողովի շրջանակում կազմակերպված պանելային քննարկմանն Արդարադատության նախարար Սրբուհի Գալյանը պատասխանել է նաև ներկաների հարցերին:
«Սահմանադրական դատարանների որոշումների նկատմամբ հարգանքը» խորագրով միջազգային բարձրաստիճան համաժողովը կազմակերպվել է Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովի, Եվրոպայի խորհրդի «Աջակցություն սահմանադրական արդարադատության զարգացմանը Հայաստանում՝ եվրոպական չափանիշներին համապատասխան» ծրագրի և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Սահմանադրական դատարանի հետ համատեղ: Համաժողովին ներկա են գտնվել ՀՀ սահմանադրական դատարանի նախագահ Արման Դիլանյանը, Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովի նախագահի տեղակալ, Նիդերլանդների Թագավորության Գերագույն դատարանի դատավոր Մարտին Քայերը, Հայաստանում հավատարմագրված դեսպաններ, միջազգային կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ, դատավորներ և այլ պաշտոնյաներ:
