ՀՀ զբոսաշրջության կոմիտեն երեկ ցուցանիշ է հրապարակել, որը գործող իշխանությունների համար «հպարտության» նոր պատրվակ է դարձել, թեպետ, իրականում, ուրախանալու որևէ առիթ չկա։

Ըստ կոմիտեի, 2024 թ.-ի հոկտեմբերին ՀՀ այցելած զբոսաշրջիկների թիվը նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ ավելացել է 8414-ով։ Այս տարվա հոկտեմբերին Հայաստան է այցելել 203,810 զբոսաշրջիկ, մինչդեռ նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածում` 195,396։ Դեպի Հայաստան առավել շատ զբոսաշրջային այցելություններ գրանցվել են Ռուսաստանից (43 %), Վրաստանից (11 %) և Իրանից (7 %):

Մեկ տարուց ավելի զբոսաշրջիկների թիվն անշեղորեն նվազում է արձանագրում։ Հոկտեմբերի վերջին Ազգային ժողովում ֆինանսների նախարար Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը հայտնել էր, թե ընթացիկ տարվա հունվար-սեպտեմբեր ամիսներին ՀՀ այցելած զբոսաշրջիկների թիվը նվազել է 6,9 տոկոսով։ Ըստ նախարարի, դա հիմնականում պայմանավորված է ՌԴ-ից զբոսաշրջիկների թվի 21,6 տոկոս նվազմամբ։

Կոնկրետ հոկտեմբեր ամսվա ընթացքում արձանագրված աճը, ըստ մասնագետների, այն պատճառով է, որ արդեն 2023 թ. հոկտեմբերին շեշտակի անկում էր գրանցվել, և բնական է, որ այս տարվա հոկտեմբերին չնչին աճ կարող էին ներկայացնել, բայց արդեն տարեկան կտրվածքով, երբ ցուցանիշները լինեն, իշխանությունների համար բարդ է լինելու բացատրելը, թե ինչու են նվազում զբոսաշրջիկները։ Իսկ զբոսաշրջիկների թվի նվազման պատճառները բազմիցս նշել ենք՝ գների թանկությունը, ռուսական «ՄԻՐ» քարտերը չսպասարկելու բանկերի որոշումը, հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների որոշակի վատթարացումը։ Եվ դա է պատճառը, որ ռուս զբոսաշրջիկները, որոնք Հայաստան այցելողների առյուծի բաժինն են ապահովում, նախընտրում են հանգստանալ այլ երկրներում։
