Կոկսակի վիրուսի բռնկման վտանգ կա․ դպրոցներում և մանկապարտեզներում ծնողներին հորդորել են զգուշանալ

Ահազանգերը բազմաթիվ են, որ Հայաստանում տարածված է կոկսակի վիրուս, և մանկապարտեզների՝ հատկապես մսուր խմբերում՝ վարակի տարածումը գնալով ընդլայնվում է։
Ծնողներին խուճապահար արած վիրուսը ավելի հայտնի «ձեռք, ոտք, բերան» խիստ վարակիչ հիվանդությունն է, որը բնորոշվում է ջերմության բարձրացմամբ և ձեռքերի ափերին, ոտքերի ներբաններին ու բերանի շրջանում հանդիպող տիպիկ ցանով։
«Ձեռք, ոտք, բերան» հիվանդությամբ ավելի հաճախ վարակվում են մինչև 10 տարեկան երեխաները, թեև կարող են հիվանդանալ նաև մեծահասակները։
Մանկապարտեզները, դպրոցներն ու տարատեսակ խմբակները վարակի տարածմանը նպաստող միջավայր են հանդիսանում։
Վիրուսը, որը պայմանավորում է այս հիվանդությունը, փոխանցվում է անմիջական հպմամբ, օդակաթիլային ճանապարհով։ Ձեռքերի հաճախակի լվացումը, ինչպես նաև ինֆեկցիան կրող անձանց մեկուսացումը կանխում է վիրուսի տարածումը։ Դեռևս չկան հաստատված հակավիրուսային դեղեր կամ պատվաստանյութեր, բայց գիտնականներն աշխատանքներ են տանում այդ ուղղությամբ։
Հայաստանի «Հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման ազգային կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ից ArmLur.am-ին հայտնեցին, որ կոնկրետ կոկսակի վիրուսի դեպքում հստակ վիճակագրություն չի հավաքագրվում, գուցե հիվանդանոցներն անհատապես ունենան, բայց քանի որ վիրուսի որևէ մասշտաբային տարածում չի եղել, այն վիճակագրական կոմիտեում հաշվարկվել է այլ վիրուսներ բաժնի մեջ։
Այս վիրուսը մտնում է էնտերոբիոզ վիրուսների մեջ և 2024 թվականի սեպտեմբերին այս վարակատեսակի 92 դեպք է արձանագրվել, իսկ հունվար-սեպտեմբեր ամիսներին՝ 830 դեպք։
Հաճախակի հանդիպող ախտանիշներից են տենդը, սրտխառնոցը, փսխումը, հոգնածության և անհարմարավետության զգացումը, ախորժակի կորուստը և դյուրագրգռությունը կրծքահասակ ու վաղ մանկահասակ երեխաների մոտ։ Մաշկային ախտահարումները ձևափոխվում են անգույն, հարթ բծերի և թմբիկների, որոնք կարող են վերածվել բշտիկների՝ տեղակայված ափերի վրա, ներբաններին և, երբեմն, շրթունքների վրա։
Կոկսակի վիրուսի տարածման պատճառով ծնողներին մանկապարտեզներում և դպրոցներում զգուշացումներ եղել են, սակայն կրթական հաստատություններ փակելու որոշում դեռ չկա։
