Ռուս փորձագետը Հայաստանին զգուշացրել է՝ Սահմանադրությունը ոչ մի դեպքում չփոխեք

Սահմանադրությունը փոխելու Ադրբեջանի պահանջի ֆոնին Հայաստանը ոչ մի դեպքում չպետք է որևէ բան փոխի, հակառակ դեպքում դա որպես թուլություն կընկալվի և Բաքվին կխրախուսի հետագա քայլեր ձեռնարկել։ Դրա մասին NEWS.am-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում հայտարարել է ռուսաստանյան քաղաքագետ Միխայիլ Ալեքսանդրովը։
Նա շեշտել է բանակի հզորացման, վարժանքների անցկացման, Իրանի հետ սերտ համագործակցության, նրանից զենք գնելու կարևորությունը։
«Ինչո՞ւ դա տեղի չի ունենում: Երևանը մտավախություն ունի, որ ԱՄՆ-ը կառարկի՞: Առարկում է՝ առարկի։ Նրանք Հայաստանի համար օգտակար ոչինչ չեն արել»,- հավելել է փորձագետը։
Նա Հայաստանին կոչ արեց հաստատակամություն դրսևորել:
«Ոչ մի դեպքում չպետք է ենթարկվեք այդ ճնշմանը և զիջումների չգնաք։ Բացի դրանից, Հայաստանն իրավունք ունի պաշտպանելու իրենց տներից վտարված Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայերի շահերը։ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հարցը չպետք է անհետանա Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական օրակարգից: Ընդհակառակը, դա հաղթական գործիք է, քանի որ Ադրբեջանը ցույց է տվել իր իրական դեմքը։ Նախորդ բոլոր տասնամյակների ընթացքում Բաքուն բողոքում էր ենթադրյալ օկուպացիայից և ներկայանում որպես զոհ, բայց հենց որ Հայաստանը կես ճանապարհին հանդիպեց Ադրբեջանին և խաղաղություն առաջարկեց, Ադրբեջանն անմիջապես ցույց տվեց իր գազանային, ֆաշիստական ժպիտը։ Հենց Հայաստանը բարի կամք դրսևորեց, ադրբեջանական ռեժիմը ցույց տվեց Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածքը զավթելու իր հավակնությունները։ Հիմա բոլորը տեսնում են, որ Ադրբեջանը զոհ չի եղել, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայ բնակչության գործողությունները դեռևս այն ժամանակ պաշտպանական բնույթ են կրել, որպեսզի կանխեն հայերի բնաջնջումը, ինչպես եղավ Սումգայիթում, Բաքվում և Ադրբեջանի այլ վայրերում։
Ագրեսորը պետք է հասկանա, որ նման հարձակումներով Հայաստանից զիջումներ չի կորզի, բայց եթե շարունակ զիջումներ լինեն, Ադրբեջանը կորոշի, որ ուժային ճնշման մեթոդը գործում է և ապագայում կշարունակի դիմել նմանատիպ սադրանքների»,-ընդգծել է քաղաքագետը։
Ըստ նրա՝ Ադրբեջանը մշտապես փորձարկում է իր հնարավորությունների սահմանները։
«Եթե հիշենք Լաչինի միջանցքի շրջափակման սկիզբը, ամեն ինչ սկսվեց, այսպես կոչված, կեղծ ակտիվիստների ակցիայից։ Եթե ռուս խաղաղապահները նրանց անմիջապես վռնդեին այնտեղից, դրանով ամեն ինչ կվերջանար։ Դրանից հետո Ադրբեջանը ճանապարհներ ստեղծեց, Ռուսաստանը կրկին ոչինչ չձեռնարկեց, ինչպես ռուս խաղաղապահների պատասխանատվության գոտու գնդակոծությունից հետո։ Հետո Ադրբեջանն իրականացրեց գործողությունը՝ վստահ լինելով, որ Ռուսաստանը ոչինչ չի ձեռնարկի»,-եզրափակել է Ալեքսանդրովը։
