Եթե մարդիկ չեն գնում թանգարաններ, ինչի են պետք այդ թանգարանները։ Այս մասին Ազգային ժողովում, 2025թ. պետբյուջեի նախագծի քննարկման ժամանակ, նոյեմբերի 12-ին ասել է ֆինանսների նախարար Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը՝ պատասխանելով պատգամավորների հարցերին։
Նրա խոսքով՝ թանգարանների եւ գրադարանների աշխատողների աշխատավարձերը չեն բարձրացնի։ «Մենք ներդնում ենք մեխանիզմներ, որպեսզի պետական ոչ առեւտրային կազմակերպությունները կարողանան ինքնուրույն գեներացնել եկամուտները։ Խոսքը նաեւ թանգարանների մասին է։ Թանգարանները գոյություն ունեն այն բանի համար, որպեսզի մարդիկ գնան այնտեղ։ Եթե մարդիկ չեն գնում այնտեղ, հարց է ծագում՝ ինչի՞ են պետք թանգարաններն առհասարակ։ Մենք կոչ ենք անում մեր թանգարաններին եւ գրադարաններին գեներացնել սեփական եկամուտները եւ այդ եկամուտներով ապահովել վերոնշյալ աշխատավարձերի բարձրացումը»,- նշել է Հովհաննիսյանը։
