Փաշինյանի ռուսական ռևերանսները

Նույնիսկ անզեն աչքով նկատելի է, որ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների հակառուսականության դոզան նվազել է, իսկ գործողություններն ու հայտարարությունները սկսել են փոխակերպվել։ 2022 թ. հետո, երբ ՀՀ գործող իշխանությունները՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ, սկսեցին խոսել արտաքին քաղաքական վեկտորը փոխելու մտադրության մասին, այդ հայտարարություններն ուղեկցում էին կոնկրետ գործողություններով։ Մասնավորապես, միջազգային տարբեր կառույցներում քվեարկությունների ժամանակ Հայաստանը դեմ կամ ձեռնպահ էր քվեարկում ռուսամետ բանաձևերին, կամ էլ, ընդհանրապես, չէր ներկայանում քվեարկության։
Արդեն ԱՄՆ-ում Թրամփի ընտրություններից առաջ փորձագետները նշում էին, որ Փաշինյանը, սկսելով գիտակցել իր դրության լրջությունը, ինչպես նաև Արևմուտքից չստանալով ցանկալին ու խոստացածը, կարող է կտրուկ փոխել տրամադրությունն ու կրկին Ռուսաստանին մերձենալու քայլեր ձեռնարկել։ Երեկ ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր ասամբլեայի կոմիտեն ընդունել է նացիզմի հերոսացման դեմ պայքարի վերաբերյալ ՌԴ–ի բանաձևը։ Ռուսական բանաձևի համահեղինակներից մեկը Հայաստանն է:
Փաստաթղթին կողմ է քվեարկել 116 երկիր 11 պետություն ձեռնպահ է մնացել։ Դեմ են եղել՝ 54 երկիր, այդ թվում՝ Ուկրաինան, ԱՄՆ-ն, Մեծ Բրիտանիան, Գերմանիան, Ֆրանսիան, Կանադան, Հունգարիան, Ճապոնիան։ Երկու տարում սա առաջին դեպքն է, ընդ որում, Հայաստանը հանդես է գալիս որպես բանաձևի համահեղինակ՝ թերևս, մտածելով, որ Մոսկվայում կգնահատեն այս քայլը։ Իսկ գնահատանքը, եթե այդպիսին լինի, կարող է արտացոլվել Մարիա Զախարովայի հռետորաբանության փոփոխությամբ։
