svpressa.ru-ն գրում է, որ Հայաստանը միշտ ու ամենուր ուշանում է: Այս մասին լրատվամիջոցին տված հարցազրույցում ասել է Մերձավոր Արևելքի և Կովկասի հարցերով փորձագետ, քաղաքագետ Ստանիսլավ Տարասովը։

Նա բացատրել է, որ Երևանը այն ժամանակ սկսեց սրել հարաբերությունները Մոսկվայի հետ, երբ անհրաժեշտ էր բարելավել այդ հարաբերությունները, հայերը «սկսեցին շարժվել դեպի Արևմուտք» այն ժամանակ, երբ այն սկսեց քայքայվել, և պարզվեց, որ երկիրը հայտնվել է աշխարհաքաղաքական մեկուսացման մեջ։ Բաքվի հետ դեռ չկա հաշտության պայմանագիր, Անկարայի հետ հարաբերությունները չեն վերականգնվել, Իրանի հետ հարաբերությունները լարված են։ Ամեն ինչ միշտ ոչ ժամանակին ու ոչ տեղին է արվում:

Հիշեցնենք, որ, ըստ ՌԴ Արտաքին հետախուզության ծառայության մամուլի բյուրոյի հայտարարության, Վաշինգտոնն արագացրել է ջանքերը՝ խթանելու քաղաքացիական հասարակության արևմտամետ կառույցները Հայաստանում։ Ըստ ԱՄՆ Պետդեպարտամենտի, հանրապետության ժողովուրդը պետք է հրաժարվի սեփական ավանդույթներից, ազգային հիմքերից և ԵԱՏՄ-ի գործընկերների հետ կայուն առևտրատնտեսական կապերից, որպեսզի միանա «քաղաքակիրթ» համայնքին։

Տարասովի խոսքով, տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, որ այդ հայտարարությունը գրվել է ԱՄՆ-ի ընտրություններից երկու օր առաջ։ Հիմա դա տարօրինակ է թվում այն ֆոնին, որ ամերիկյան դիվանագիտությունը պարտություն է կրել, օրինակ՝ վրացական ուղղությամբ։ «Ըստ ամենայնի, ինչ-որ ազդանշան է ուղարկվում, որը, որպես այլընտրանք, կարող է վերծանվել հայկական հատուկ ծառայությունների կողմից։ Իմ կարծիքով, ԱՄՆ նոր վարչակազմը կսահմանափակի իր հարաբերությունները Եվրոպայի հետ այն տեսքով, որին մենք սովոր ենք։ Դա վերաբերում է նաև Անդրկովկասում ազդեցությանը։ Իսկ թե ի՞նչ է նշանակում ՌԴ Արտաքին հետախուզության ծառայության հայտարարությունն այս դեպքում, այնքան էլ պարզ չէ։ Հայաստանն իսկապես շեղվում է դեպի Արևմուտք, բայց, ինչպես արդեն ասվեց, ուշացած»,- պարզաբանել է հրատարակության զրուցակիցը։

Տարասովն ընդգծել է, որ ԱՄՆ-ը հնարավորություն ուներ Վրաստանում խաղալ Սալոմե Զուրաբիշվիլիի հետ, ստեղծել հակառուսական ցատկահարթակ, և դա կարող էր արդյունավետ լինել, եթե միայն հաջողվեր։ Դրանից հետո պետությունները համատեղ կարգելափակեին Ադրբեջանի հետ Վրաստանի տարածքով անցնող բոլոր հաղորդակցությունները և կստիպեին ընդունել իրենց խաղի պայմանները։

«Բայց նրանք կորցրին Վրաստանը։ Իսկ Հայաստանը մնաց աշխարհաքաղաքական փակուղում։ Երևանը կարող է միանալ կամ չմիանալ Հյուսիս-հարավ միջանցքին: Ադրբեջանը փոխել է իր հայեցակարգը և միջանցք է կառուցում Իրանի տարածքով։ Եվ, ընդհանրապես, Իլհամ Ալիևի դիվանագիտությունը բարձր որակներ ունի, լավ է կառուցված, զգացվում է նախագահական դպրոցի ազդեցությունը։ Իսկ Երևանում դիվանագիտությունը փողոցային առևտրային բնույթ է կրում, զգացվում է փաշինյանական դպրոցը»,- եզրափակել է փորձագետը։
