ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում քննություն է իրականացվում՝ 2024թ․ նոյեմբերի 10–ին 68–ամյա տղամարդու սպանության դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։
ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանությունից ստացված հաղորդման համաձայն՝ 2024թ. նոյեմբերի 10–ին՝ ժամը 20:10-ին, շտապօգնության խումբը ահազանգով մեկնել է Աէրացիա թաղամաս, որտեղ գործող սուպերմարկետի դիմաց՝ փողոցում, հայտնաբերվել է հիշյալ տղամարդու դին:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 155-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, որի շրջանակներում պարզվել է սպանված տղամարդու ինքնությունը, ում գլխի հետին գագաթային հատվածում հայտնաբերվել է արնանման հետքով վնասվածք։ Համաձայն դատաբժիշկ-փորձագետի հայտարարության՝ վնասվածքը առաջացել է բութ առարկայի ներգործության հետևանքով:
Իրականացված քննչական գործողությունների, ինչպես նաև ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է ենթադրյալ հանցագործությունը կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով Արարատի մարզի Նոր Դվին բնակավայրի բնակիչ է՝ ծնված 1968թ․։
Քննությամբ տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ 2024թ․ նոյեմբերի 10–ին՝ ժամը 20։00-ի սահմաններում, Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանում գործող սուպերմարկետի մոտ 68 և 56–ամյա տղամարդկանց միջև վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել, որի ժամանակ վերջինս փայտե մահակով հարվածել է 68–ամյա տղամարդու գլխին և հեռացել դեպքի վայրից։ Հարվածի արդյունքում ստացած մարմնական վնասվածքից տղամարդը մահացել է։
Հանցանք կատարած լինելու անմիջականորեն ծագած հիմնավոր կասկածի հիմքով Նոր Դվին բնակավայրի բնակիչը ձերբակալվել է։
Նշանակվել է դիակի, ինչպես նաև ձերբակալված անձի դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն:
