COP29-ին Փաշինյանի չմասնակցությունը կապված է գերիների հարցով Ալիևի հետ ընդհանուր հայտարարի չգալու հետ

«Եթե անգամ խաղաղության պայմանագիր ստորագրվի, ապա որևէ կերպ այն չի բխելու հայկական շահից։ Այդ փաստաթուղթը, կամ եթե կուզեք՝ համաձայնագիրը, Հայաստանը ձեռք է բերելու նոր տարածքներ զիջելու և Բաքվում ապօրինի պահվող մեր հայրենակիցների առողջության հաշվին»,- MediaHub-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Բաքվում ապօրինի պահվող գերիների հարազատներից մեկը։
Երիտասարդի խոսքով՝ Ադրբեջանում այսօր մեկնարկած COP29 համաժողովին Հայաստանի չներկայությունը պայմանավորված է Փաշինյանի և Ալիևի՝ գերիների վերադարձի հարցերով ընդհանուր հայտարարի չգալու հետ։
«Եթե մինչ օրս Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի Բաքու գնալու հարցը դեռևս օդում կախված է և բարձր մակարդակով ասում են՝ «դեռևս հստակ որոշում չունենք», դա ինձ թույլ է տալիս մտածելու, որ 2 երկրների առաջնորդներն ինչ որ հարցի շուրջ համաձայնության չեն գալիս։ Իսկ մենք ընդհանուր ի՞նչ արդիական հարց ունենք, եթե ոչ գերիների հարցը։ Ալիևը մերժել է գերի փոխանցել Հայաստանին, Փաշինյանը որոշել է չգնալ, հակառակ դեպքում՝ Բաքվից «դատարկաձեռն» վերադառնալը պատիվ չի բերի նրան»,- համոզմունք հայտնեց մեր զրուցակիցը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ գերիների հարազատները վերջին մի քանի ամսում անհամբերությամբ սպասել են այս օրվան` հուսալով, որ համաժողովի մասնակից տարբեր երկրների առաջնորդները կստեղծեն նպաստավոր պայմաններ և կապահովեն Բաքվում պահվող գերիների վերադարձը։
«Փաշինյանն արդեն փորձ ունի, ոչ մի գերի հենց այնպես չի վերադառնա, մինչև Բաքուն որևէ բարենպաստ տարածք չկորզի Հայաստանից։ Թույլ ղեկավարի ու սխալ ղեկավարման արդյունքում մեր ժողովուրդը շարունակ զիջում է, մինչև ե՞րբ»,- հավելեց մեր զրուցակիցը։
Նշենք, որ ՄԱԿ-ի տվյալներով՝ ավելի քան 100 պետության առաջնորդ և կառավարության ղեկավար հաստատել է իր մասնակցությունը համաժողովին։ Սակայն աշխարհի մի շարք առաջնորդներ ու պետական պաշտոնյաներ էլ հայտնել են, որ չեն մեկնելու Բաքու: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը դեռ վերջնական որոշում չի կայացրել։
