Երևանցիները տեղական հարկերի գծով պարտավորությունները պետք է կատարեն մինչև դեկտեմբերի 1-ը

Մինչև դեկտեմբերի 1-ը ներառյալ անհրաժեշտ է իրականացնել համայնքային բյուջեի նկատմամբ տեղական հարկերի գծով պարտավորությունները՝ տույժերից և տուգանքներից խուսափելու համար:
Iravaban.net-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ հարկը չվճարելու դեպքում 720 օր 0.04 տոկոս տուգանքի կենթարկվեն քաղաքացիները, որից հետո համայնքը հնարավորություն կունանա դատարան դիմել և ստանալ գումարը:
Հիշեցնենք՝ 2021-ի հունվարի մեկից անշարժ գույքի համար հարկ վճարելը բոլորի համար դարձել է պարտադիր: Մինչև 2021-ը գոյություն ուներ տվյալ ոլորտի 2 տեսակի հարկ՝ հողի և գույքի: Ընդ որում, գույքահարկ տալիս էին այն սեփականատերերը, որոնց գույքի կադաստրային արժեքը անցնում էր 3 մլն դրամը, իսկ մինչև 2021-ը Հայաստանում գործող կադաստրային արժեքները սահմանված են եղել 90-ական թվականներին։
2021-ից 2 հարկերը միավորվում են մեկում և կոչվում անշարժ գույքի հարկ: Այս պարագայում արդեն վերացվել է կադաստրային արժեքի շեմը, միաժամանակ վերնայվել նաև անշարժ գույքի կադաստրային արժեքը:
Անշարժ գույքի հարկ վճարողներ են համարվում կազմակերպություններն ու ֆիզիկական անձինք, բացառությամբ պետական մարմինների, համայնքային կառավարչական հիմնարկների, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կենտրոնական բանկի, ինչպես նաև բազմաբնակարան շենքի բնակարանների և (կամ) ոչ բնակելի տարածքների սեփականատերերի` բազմաբնակարան շենքի սպասարկման և պահպանման համար անհրաժեշտ (այդ թվում` շենքի տակ գտնվող)` ընդհանուր բաժնային սեփականության իրավունքով այդ սեփականատերերին պատկանող հողամասի մասով:
Անշարժ գույքի հարկ վճարողների անշարժ գույքի հարկի գումարները հաշվարկում են հաշվառող մարմինները՝ հիմք ընդունելով անշարժ գույքի կադաստր վարող մարմնից սահմանված կարգով ստացված տեղեկությունները, և հաշվարկված անշարժ գույքի հարկի գումարների վերաբերյալ տեղեկությունները մինչև ընթացիկ հարկային տարվա նոյեմբերի 1-ը փակցնում են համայնքի վարչական շենքի տեսանելի տեղում և (կամ) տեղադրում են իրենց էլեկտրոնային կայքերում:
Հաշվառող մարմինները կարող են նաև նշված ժամկետում անշարժ գույքի հարկ վճարողներին ներկայացնել անշարժ գույքի հարկի վճարման ծանուցագրեր (այդ թվում` ուղարկել փոստով կամ հանձնել առձեռն):
