Սարգիս Կ.-ն Սամվել Կ․-ի, Ֆրունզ Ա․-ի և նրա կնոջ՝ Հասմիկ Ա․-ի հետ միասին, իրեն պատկանող «Լադա Պրիորա» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով գարեջուր ըմպելով գնացել են Արարատի՝ Ոստան բնակավայրի գնացքի գծերի մոտ, որտեղ վերջինս կնոջն առաջարկել է իր և ընկերոջ՝ Սամվել Կ․-ի հետ, 4.000 ՀՀ դրամի դիմաց սեռական հարաբերություն ունենալ, ինչը Հասմիկ Ա․-ի կողմից մերժվել է։
Iravaban.net-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ վերջիններս նույն ավտոմեքենայով գնացել են «Արտաշատ» ԲԿ-ի հարակից հատված, որտեղ Սարգիս Կ․-ն նույն առաջարկն է արել Հասմիկ Ա․-ին, սակայն կինը կրկին մերժել է՝ հայտնելով, որ կզանգահարի ոստիկանություն, ինչից Սարգիս Կ․-ն հայտնել է, որ «ոստիկանության անունը լսելիս էն բանից է կպնում», բարկացել է, ապա կնոջն իջեցնելով ավտոմեքենայից՝ բռնել է մազերից և 3 անգամ գլուխը հարվածել է ասֆալտապատ գետնին՝ պատճառելով ֆիզիկական ցավ և թեթև վնասի հատկանիշներ չպարունակող մարմնական վնասվածքներ։
Կնոջ մոտ ախտորոշվել է ձախ ուսահոդի շրջանի փափուկ հյուսվածքների սալջարդ, ձախ ակնակապճի դրսային շրջանի, դեմքի ձախ այտային շրջանի, վերին շրթունքի ձախ կեսի մեկական, ձախ ծնկահոդի շրջանի վնասվածքներ։
Սարգիս Կ.-ն նախկինում դատված է եղել։ Այս գործի շրջանակներում նրա նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել բացակայելու արգելքը։
Գործը մակագրվել է Արարատի և Վայոց ձորի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Նարեկ Բեգլարյանին։
Գործով դեռևս 2 նիստ է տեղի ունեցել։
